Bit late for March!
Can I still join it will help keep motivation up! I have been trying to lose 28 lb unsuccessfully. Lost 7 lb first week,of March- 4 second week. This week zilch! I have zig-zagged between 156 and 155 every day so frustrating. Any advise? |
