Low Carb No Matter What
 
I have the hardest time staying on low carb. I know it's what I need to do, and I have a plan in place that I feel I could succeed with. I just don't have any support when it comes to losing weight. I feel like if I could find some like-minded folks to communicate and share support with, I may have somewhat of an easier time.

So my goal moving forward is to simply stay on low carb no matter what, taking it one day at a time. Anyone want to join me? It doesn't matter what plan you are following, as long as it's a plan! C'mon, you know you need help too!:)

My name is Kim and im 42 yrs. old .A mother of 3 girls 21, 23, and 24 and 6 grandbabies age 4 to 0!!:eek:I've been faithfully following my LC plan for a month now.I post on the LC our way support thread but figure I can use all the lcfs and support I can get.I've lost 17lbs in 28 days:cool:.I'd like to lose an additional 20-30lbs by Summer.I dont follow the Atkins ladder but eat 10-40 carbs a day depending on my mood.These might include berrries,yogurt,lc pita wrap,or Atkins bar.Somedays I might want a sweet potato and use all my carb allotment on that:dunno:Some days might be meat and egg.It goes a bit against the grain but Its working for me.

I'll join you! I used to be active on here and then I got pregnant and now my baby is almost 9 months old (will be tomorrow). Although I'm back down around where I was when I got pregnant, I have about 40-50 pounds I'd like to lose, and I want to lose it before I start trying for the last baby (we'll be doing PGD, and if it doesn't work, I'll be fine with my two boys). I have PCOS so it's tough to lose and I know that low carb is the way to go.
