Springing Into Action

Welcome, welcome, welcome!

Here's our new challenge. It's a 7 week challenge running from 2/20 - 4/10.

This challenge is open to old friends and new friends! We love when new people join us so please don't be shy. Follow whatever plan floats your boat. We are here to support and encourage each other. Weigh ins will be every Wednesday.

I haven't weighed yet today so I'll start the chart with yesterday's weight and then come back and update if I need to.

Ok so I didn't quite reach my goal for our last challenge. (Or anywhere near it) But now that I'm doing M&E I'm confident that I'll see more movement on the scale for this challenge.

My goal is to reach 170 by the end of this challenge.

Menu today is:
B: 4 scrambled eggs, coffee
L: chicken broth with garlic
D: 4 scrambled eggs

I woke up feeling like I'm TOTALLY retaining water today (my eyes are so puffy) so I'm aiming for a gallon of water today to flush it out.

FF- I hear you I always get that way right before TOM.

So I chickened out yesterday telling my employer I am quitting but I did it this morning and feel better. At least its out there. THis way I can start focusing on me again without being worn out.

Menu today
B-string cheese coffee
L-salad
S-yogurt
D-I am thinking hot dogs because I never made them yesterday.

Didn't weight this morning will do it this afternoon. Off to work...only 7 more days.

Trying to figure out what I'm doing
I am not interested in ANY meat...whatsoever...so I have to figure out what is going to work for me.
well...anyway...I'm here...AND I didn't reach my goal either FF

I have a lot...and I mean A LOT going on...My mom is pretty far gone with Alzheimers and the sperm donor needs my help with her care. So there's that. My FIL is having surgery on the 28th, my sperm donor has surgery on the 1st...and I have surgery on (my DD's sweet '16') March 5th. PLUS...work is so busy and crazy I STILL can't get caught up
I need to exercise but I just feel like...eh...
I want to try HCG maybe again...but I have to wait til I'm done with this surgery crap...idk

Morning ladies! Well, I was down to 189.6 this morning, wahoo! Finally back in the 180's.

BUT I'm going away on a girls weekend starting this afternoon and you know that will involve wine...so I probably won't see the 180's for very long. Oh well, I'll stick to LC plus wine and hopefully the damage won't be too bad, and then I'll jump right back to meat and eggs next week.

Have a great weekend and I'll check in with you Sunday night or Monday!

I have planned my menu, bought my food, tomorrow need to make and divide up my portions, and package them so they are ready to go. PLANNING is huge to being successful!! This challenge ends very close my DD#2's birthday and I would love to be at 165 or less by then!! I have been staying in the low 180's lately and just want to slip right through the 170's. Went shopping today and saw that swimsuits, shorts, tank tops, and capris are on the rack....I need to get toned up ASAP!! How about you?!?

Ugh... Have had a migraine for 5 days! I came into work today feeling horrible. I saw that one coworker had brought in one of my favorite licorice candies. I ate a few and felt much better... Went out and got a carb lunch too. Feel great, but dreading going back to LC... I hate migraines and I am afraid that it was part of my withdrawal.

Oops, wrong way! Been away skiing for 4 days so it's vacation weight. Starting the 21 day sugar detox next Monday and a 4 week beginner yoga course twice a week, so hopefully those will help. Hope everyone else is doing okay.
