yay for you!!!! 180s tomorrow for sure

Yeah...I am frustrated but I am not going to cave into the emotional stuff!

I am banking on 140s for me tomorrow...I am sticking with eggs since they are working better. I think the tennis (which made me really sore) caused some water retention in my muscles and the sodium in my stirfry didn't help....Flushed what I could yesterday and working on flushing today.
I made the strawberry crepes to take to work and ate them already because I was uncertain of they would taste good later Now I have only asparagus and melba toast until dinner
I think I will be fine since eggs tend to stick in your belly better...Vegetarian protocol allows the eggs...but I definitely think they slow down the losses...but the shrimp stalled it all together
I just hope this loss is it and I can just maintain whatever I get...anything under 145 gets me to the healthy weight range...anything over puts me in the overweight category ...I am fine with low 140s...would love 130s...but I'm fine with what I can get as long as it sticks

OHHH...and EASTER has other challenges for me....jelly beans and M&M peanut butter or resees pieces and my two kids at home (DH and 16 year-old DD) have not outgrown it yet!

You guys are so motivating. Was at 151 this morning and now want to get to the 140s with Beach. Perfect timing before Easter dinner. I can do turkey and veggies and skip the mashed potatoes, rolls and candy! I can I can!

I bet it was the exercise that had you retaining water, beach. For sure! Tomorrow is the 140's, no doubt!

As for your food for the rest of the day...eat half on an asparagus stalk whenever you're hungry so you can drag it out until dinner time.

How many goodies are in your house FF?

I actually bought stuff I could resist (except the Jelly Beans) and DH put a hurting on those last night.
I bought them resees peanut better eggs and I like em...but eh...I can live without it
DD had Cadberry carmel eggs...again...eh

I love, love the Cadberry (like M&M eggs) those are somehow the best thing since TP and sliced bread...but I loaded with them...I didn't buy them for Easter. I should have loaded with the peanut butter resees pieces or M&Ms too...

yep...asparagus...one stalk at a time I am actually fine (Right now) and later I will go get a tea at Starbucks...or maybe coffee...who knows

At least the eggs seems to stay with me all day...I am not at all having trouble with hunger. One whole egg and 3 whites (or 3 tablespoons of whites) really fills me up

Well, we just had our Easter Egg hunt for my little DD so now the house is filled with chocolate and candy of all kinds that I LOVE!

ARG! Must stay strong.

All I have to say is thank God for my whoosh because if I had gained or stayed the same, I might have caved today. lol

Hey guys! You all are doing great!
Good to see so much positivity.

I had a disgusting weigh in this morning... Up almost 15 pounds!

I am typing this while walking on the Treadmil ... Have to kick myself into gear!

Keep up all the great work.

I had shrimp last night with cucumbers, then squeezed a lemon over it and seasoned with salt and pepper. Yum, it was so good and refreshing. I think I'll be having that for the next week or so instead of stir fry beef.
