I'm 6 days late for my period this month so I'm seriously hoping that that's the reason for my tiny losses the last few days. Plus, I must admit the last two days I've been pretty busy so I haven't been able to drink much water at all. Gonna fix that today.

If my pool guy ever comes I'll go swimming too. I have to wait until he comes and goes because I'm terrified I'll be out there when he shows up and I refuse to let anyone besides my kids see me looking like a beached whale in my bathing suit. lol

ok, out of hiding but will not get on the scale for a few days. Had some asparagus turkey soup for breakfast (weird I know). I will get on the scale for the next weigh in....... I hope.

My surgery seemed to...eh-um- fix TOM for me...not sure he will ever visit again SOOOO...I wonder if that's the change...or the no meat? I definitely can't even think about cheating this round (although I had a dream I ate some DH's Pizza and was so out of it, I couldn't tell if I actually ate it ) weird...anyhoo, might do the crepes again for brunch....it was so yummy yesterday

Heyyyyyyy just checking in. I know I don't post as much as you guys do but I'm trying to check in once a day. I am in and out of the office so much and it is hard to post on this site from my phone. I can do it but it takes foreverrrrrr. So we're leaving tomorrow to go to Ocean City, MD. My in laws live there and we will be there until Monday. We are taking our nutribullet and some other food with us so we can eat healthy while we are there . I'm excited about that. I will check in as often as I can though!!! Took 6 days off from work to rest and take the boys to Disneyland. One got the stomach flu on arrival... Now home with a serious lack of sleep a d two sick boys in my bed.

Husband is being useless as usual...

Yay Beach! Another pound down, and you're almost in the 140's again!!! Wahoo!

As for me, TOM showed up last night and the scale is up .6.
I'm trying not to let it mess with my head because I KNOW it's only up because of TOM and that it will come back down...but it's hard. In the past I would turn to food for comfort over something like this. Which is so lame when you think about it. I'm mad because the scale is up so I turn to food to make the scale go up even more??? Silly.

Hopefully losses aren't slowing down

tummy is a little whonky today...going to Starbucks for green tea

well, at least TOM showed up and at least you know what it is and where the gain came from.
It is pretty dumb how we sabotage ourselves

Yeah, as long as your clothes are fitting better, that's the real test, right Beach?

The pool guy finally came last night so I spent most of the day in the pool today. Kept my mind off of food plus I got a good workout in.

I'm still not hungry at all, just craving chocolate. I'm sure that has mostly to do with TOM. Hopefully those cravings will get lost next week!

oooooohhhhh I am ALSO craving chocolate and alcohol which is weird...I think I just want relaxation with friends...but eh

Anyway...I stayed very busy today also and have had eggs. I played a few rounds of tennis with DD and washed her car since she gets her license on Monday. I am really hungry since I haven't eaten anything besides eggs...making shrimp stirfry in a sec.

hoping to for sure get a whoosh

oh....if the craving get too bad, you can do chocolate meringues or there is also one with coconut oil that is allowed

but unsweetened cocoa is allowed

This is annoying. No cheats, no idea

I thought shrimp might help with losses but I'll stick with eggs thanks...I think maybe sodium, exercise and who knows what...are the culprits....but man...I felt like WHY bother....cheat, why not?

the 140s are teasing me

made strawberry crepes, asparagus....
have to work today so that should keep my mind off of food. I really am not terribly hungry but I am getting frustrated with the slow going...I should easily be at 148...but, maybe I will keep it off this time...slower better?

FINALLY got a nice whoosh! Hip Hip Hooray!!!!! Soooo freaking close to the 180's. Hopefully I'll be there tomorrow.

Beach, I totally understand your frustration because that's exactly how I've felt the last few days. But stick it out and you'll be rewarded with your whoosh soon too.

I'm absolutely not even hungry anymore, but I won't lie...it's Easter and I want to eat ham and scalloped potatoes and green beans, and rolls, and pastries, and pie and candy. Thank goodness I got my whoosh this morning because there's nothing better at keeping me on track then a nice whoosh on the scale.
