I really, really need five pounds at this point

So...I am still doing ok as far as hunger....eggs down, veggie soup and fruit left for later...still need an afternoon dose so...yeah, I'm ok

Might have to do eggs the entire plan. Last night I used Fat free/no sugar/plain Greek yogurt (higher in protein than cottage cheese, the same carb count and calories AND edible) and I was under the understanding it was allowed as a substitution, but after that dismal loss...I am thinking not so much
I still can't bring myself to eat poor little animals and do not like the fact I am eating eggs, but have somewhat lesser guilt there so maybe if I stick with eggs, I will have better losses. There is something to be said about protein since I lost tons when I was blissfully unaware of animal farming and ate chicken like it was my job but I am having not my usual success here ****sigh***

All is well here too. Today was a crap day, personally, not food related...and I was still able to stay on plan and not use food to comfort me. Yay.

Not even feeling hungry really so the Hcg is working!

when I first came on...I thought it was exactly one pound until I got my chart...then I realized it was 2 so complaining about 2 pounds overnight is kind of...dumb.

I had to edit the posts since I was under the impression I had only lost a pound
so not complaining A LOT...but a little

ate my eggs and then my cucumbers

just finished melba and waiting for my orange. I'm doing fine but it sucks to watch everyone eat BBQ and salad and mixed fruit...but then, I'm not eating meat so wth am I complaining about??

pheeew...made it to dinner time there are SOOOO many temptations here and I avoided them all....even some funky popcorn that looks good. No salad, no fruit (other than my orange I just finished) and MAN was that a treat!

It had better reward us both....we are being such good little girls!

eating Strawberry "crepes" for dinner and with the rest of my strawberries I'll....hmmmm not sure if I will do a berry/spinach smoothie or sorbet and figure our a raw veggie

Mmmmm....strawberry crepes sounds sooo good!

I have about 8 more apples in the fridge, but once I get through them I'm going to buy some strawberries to have as my fruit. Yum.

I'm sitting here sipping my tea. Totally content with my food this past week and soooo grateful that i decided to try another round of hcg! I'm finally feeling in control of my eating again and it feels great.

me too...I had to wait until after my surgery and tried biggest loser, etc 1st because of the meat issue, but it is working out

The crepes are super easy and I am so amazingly satisfied right now, I'm not sure I want anything else...
