B: protein shake

so...vegetarian too?

I'm glad the hunger is gone Beach! That will make things so much easier!

I'm so ready for lunch, but I'm holding out another hour until 1. My schedule has been lunch at 1, then my apple at 4, and then dinner around 7. I find that works pretty well to keep my hunger at bay, but I still start getting hungry everyday around 11 and then it's a true test of willpower to hold out until 1. So far so good though. I'll go chug a bunch of water to help me power through the next hour.

hellsbelles - I have about the same goal you do! I finally restarted my plan about 5 days ago and down 7 lbs. What a fluff marshmallow I turn into with routine carbs! I just cannot handle it, my body feels better on protein and simpler veggies, but it just isn't something you pick up from fast food...BINGO...the problem!! SO, I made turkey mixed with beef meatballs Saturday and froze them, and today I am making a turkey breast and some chicken thighs. It takes planning....DUH!

Fit2010, planning ahead is DEFINITELY the key! I pre-portioned my meats for the whole week before I started my p2 round, and I think it helped sooooo much to keep me on track these first few days!

Beach, I had my p2 chili at 1, and then left the house to run errands so that took my mind off of food. Now I'm chugging more water and waiting until 4 so I can eat my apple! Yum!!!

2 more days, Max, and then you'll start feeling much better in your pants. That sounds bad.

it does....but I do want to feel better in my pants...this sucks!

I pre-packaged my food too...but, I am thinking my dinners might have too much sodium? (stirfry) idk...might go to plan B for dinner (whatever plan B might be?)

I've been doing stir-fry at night too. I don't really watch my sodium as long as I'm drinking a ton of water. I also just read on my HCG app today that I'm allowed to have ground beef but it should be "limited". I don't know if that means once a day or once a week.
I've been having it everyday for lunch in my chili, so I bought shrimp today and I'm going to switch it up and maybe just have my p2 chili a few times a week.

Tomorrow for lunch I'll make shrimp lettuce wraps instead.

Beach, don't be down on yourself for pushing off your p2 an extra day. I really think you needed those extra fats to get you ready for p2. It will all average out by the end of the week anyhow.

I was going to do shrimp but I'm still not there...I have done tofu stir-fry and I am thinking of protein shakes since I have LC...I could do it with straberries and YUM....

I also love the frozen strawberry sorbet I make...a great treat
Maybe broth and veggies tonight but tea for sure

I drank some smooth move tea last night, and had a lot of smooth moves which is what contributed to my big loss this morning, I believe. But all of a sudden, about two hours ago, my stomach started feeling weird again. Like it feels after I drink the tea...even though it's been more than 24 hours since I drank the tea.

I didn't eat dinner because my stomach was crampy, and I hope that doesn't hurt me on the scale tomorrow. Usually I don't do well when I skip meals on hcg.

Fingers crossed, but I can't even think about eating right now.

That would be sparkling spring water Fit

and you can use ANY frozen fruit on your plan....even throw blueberries in the mix if you'd like....I have seen people use mago, orange, grape, cherries, pineapple...whatever...as long as it's frozen
