yeah...I am trying to get DD to stop with her pizza craving. We had a blizzard here and plan to go to the movies...DH wants to take us out to eat and since I really don't detail my diet to him and the hcg one is incredibly restrictive...I get to drink tea and pick around a salad without Anything on it

This weather isn't helping snow headed here tomorrow into Mon.

Hate poking at salads when other options aren't available.

Beach, I saw OZ last weekend and loved it!!!!

Today I had a few times where I so wanted to cave, but I powered through and I feel great now. We're taking little DD to see the Crudes right now so that will keep me busy for the rest of the night. Yay, we made it through the day!

Kitty, I know how you feel! Cold weather always always made me want to hunker down with fattening comfort foods. There's just nothing better than baking during a snowstorm. lol
Stay strong!

Oz is not what I expected but then, what I did expect....no spoiler here
I agree...keeping busy is how we get thru

Have fun at the Crudes

I have to figure out a protein since I ate my vegie in the form of lettuce...I still get fruit also...ughhh...maybe I will just eat an apple and call it a day

I made some veggie chilli (tomatoes with spices ) and three omelets to take to work and pop in the microwave for the week eh....need to figure out the rest of the menu

Morning all!

Kitty, bacon and eggs sound divine!

I'm only down .6 today. I know I should be happy with any loss but I woke up hungry and I was sooooo hoping for a big loss to take my mind off the hunger. lol

Oh well. Maybe tomorrow.

hoping the hunger gets better...mine isn't horrible so hopefully by tomorrow yours is gone and mine by the day after...I actually feel really good and very motivated to get through this (nothing like having to buy temporary fat clothes to motivate you)

I was down 3.1 # today but I am still 2 pounds above loading weight
So...I had close to the same initial weight loss as you (you beat me by .1oz)
I was hoping for a bigger whoosh too so I would at least be at loading weight...grrr. Oh well (I have never NOT been to loading weight my day 3 - ugh)
I have a clothing game plan this week anyway since I donated all of my fat clothes, I have very little I can wear to work
I have my meals pre-cooked so I don't have to think about cooking until later this week (Tuesday). I need to go to the store to find LF/LCal tofu and more egg whites. I am loving these omelets

I already detoxed from coffee and meat anyway (coffee being the biggun') since it was the hardest thing for me with hcg. I was going to go with eggs only and not cheat, but this lady swears by this protocol....so here goes.

I gained 5 pounds loading (mostly ice cream, cheese and potato chips (kettle of course) so I am at an all time high since my very first round
Started loading at 152.2...today, I am at 157 ....tomorrow, I had better be back to 152
so...my weight chart:
152.2, 154.7, 157.7, 157.1, 154.0

I'm just determined to get through this round without cheating. That's my problem. I haven't been able to do it cheat free since we first did hcg years ago. So, please pray for me.

I needed something drastic to get this weight off before summer.

Yay Beach! Congrats on an awesome first day's loss!!!!

I'm hoping I'll have a big loss tomorrow so that I can get this load weight out of the way quickly, too! Fingers crossed for both of us.

TOM should be here either today or tomorrow though, so maybe that's why I didn't see a big loss this morning. And if that's the case, then I might not see a big loss until day 3 of TOM. We'll see though. I'm going to drink a TON of water to help flush the water weight out, and I might take a pamprin before bed tonight because that really helped with my pms symptoms last month.

My goal for this round is 20#, but I'm really hoping for 30. Anything above 20# though will make me super happy. I hate that I let myself gain this much too, Beach. But all we can do is stay strong this round and it WILL come off.

Only 1 hour and 50 minutes until I get to eat p2 chili. Yay!

Btw Beach, here are my numbers:

VLCD1-201.8(Oh Lord!)
VLCD2-198.6(-3.2)
VLCD3-198 (-.6)

Yep, I went back to twoterville after loading! Thank God I didn't stick there very long. But I could still kick myself in the rear because at this time last month I was 189.6!!!! And that was with TOM about to hit too, so I probably would have gone below that number which I haven't seen since before the holidays. Instead I spent the entire month of march going up and down the same 10 pounds.

Oh well, it's over now. Hopefully I'll be back into the 180's by this time next week.

Sorry you had that # on the scale...hated mine too

yep...NO CHEATS!!! I think I am in a WAY better place mentally this time anyway...and since the 2nd round....I "allowed" myself coffee with cream. I didn't have trouble losing per se, but the maintenence has sucked . I am coffee free since January and only drink green tea so no worries about creamer/cream/milk/ etc. I am used to tons of raw vegetables also so again, this should not be a problem...and the drops will hopefully keep that hunger edge off so I can walk away from temptations.
I am hoping an awesome round cheat free wiill do it and so-far-so-good I would have loved it if I had lost 20# at 152.2....but I will have to settle for whatever I get FROM 157.7

I think my mind is in a very good place this round too, as opposed to previous 5 rounds or so.

I think the threat of summer weather is pushing me right over the edge and keeping me super motivated. It's already getting humid here and none of my summer clothes fit me because I was a lot thinner last summer. I also have just about 45 days or so until my little DD's bday at Disney, and more than anything, I want to be able to be in pictures with her without hating the way I look. These are once in a lifetime memories we'll be making, and I would hate to be thinking "Gosh, I'm so fat" the entire time!

DEAL!

And when I'm doing Hcg, on I'm these boards like 24/7 so I'll be here if you need me!

And really, it's less than a month! We can handle this for a few weeks! Easy peasy.

I agree...so far, I have good thoughts. no problems at all. In fact, eggs are eaten...and I still have vegetable (tomato chilli) and fruit (an apple) not to mention IF I need the melba...still have that option...and it is 1230pm here...AND...I am not hungry so SUCCESS

I am also on one or the other most of the time...and this week I should be slow at work, soooo....

Ok, I'm counting down the hours until dinner time. I had my apple at 4 but I'm getting hungry again. I can definitely hold out until 7 though.

I've been peeing like every 15 minutes so hopefully that means a whoosh in the morning! yay!

I need to get as close to goal as I can...and I never do as well as I want to...I am hoping to have a good round...what round number am I on?...number 25, 30, 49?

I think I do better and stablize better with longer rounds anyway...and I am looking for 20 or more pounds

Morning All! Down 2.6 today so I'm super happy! I know this probably means a smaller loss for me tomorrow so I'm going to star mentally preparing myself now.

VLCD1-201.8(Oh Lord!)
VLCD2-198.6(-3.2)
VLCD3-198 (-.6)
VLCD4-195.4 (-2.6)

Ok so I know I'm not doing p2 with you guys but I want to be on this accountability chain with you !!! If I feel like cheating I will either post here or text (FF). I will check in here once in the mornings even on the weekends also. My birthday is tomorrow but I ate like a pig over the weekend since it was my husbands bday a few days ago. So all the celebrating is done thank goodness.... I hope it's ok that I'm inviting myself into this but I have got to do something. I have the workouts down so now I have to do the eating (which is 95% of weight loss).

B: protein shake
S: coffee with cream and 2 truvia
L: salad with tons of veggies, strawberries, feta cheese, avocado; homemade olive oil - vinegar - dijon - garlic - lemon dressing
S: mixed nuts
D: roasted veggies
