I feel like I have been yo-yo-ing since the holidays... But I am just going up and up for the past few months. I haven't weighed but my pants are getting uncomfortable and I feel horrible. I don't realize how big I am getting...

I had decided to get to the gym daily, but here I am, sitting on the couch.

I decided to eat better... and as soon as I get into work I grab a cookie.

Same here. Totally been bouncing up and down since the holidays. It sucks.

Sorry I've been so absent. I tend to not check in when bad things are entering my mouth. lol
Unforturnately I can relate!

Pushing my start time til after Easter because of things I cannot really do on my own (days visiting daughter in KS City) and don't really want to sweat it with being picky. OK...it's rationalization, I know. But seriously, I'm looking at some major changes coming up in my WOE because I think I have chemical overload in my body....I am looking at cutting out artifical sugars and soy lectithin and other franken foods (as Jillian Michaels calls them). Cuz I'm just so sick of having my tastebuds and smell sensing being way off the past 4 months, I have had years of sinus issues but this is really depressing when things taste bland and all I really want is something sweet or salty; even chocolate just tastes nasty and waxy. I need to get back to not only a low carb diet but a detox "back to nature diet". So, that will take planning....

What do you girls do for breakfast? I get sick of eggs, yuk! And just don't have a lot of time in the mornings. Previously it was protein shakes, carbmaster's yogurt, protein bars.....looks like I'll have to go back to broiled pork chops or something like that again!

FF....I am going to try something different
hhcg vegetarian. I am actually working with a Holistic Health Practitioner so I will see how it goes.
I already detoxed from coffee and meat anyway (coffee being the biggun') since it was the hardest thing for me with hcg. I was going to go with eggs only and not cheat, but this lady swears by this protocol....so here goes.

I gained 5 pounds loading (mostly ice cream, cheese and potato chips (kettle of course) so I am at an all time high since my very first round
Started loading at 152.2...today, I am at 157 ....tomorrow, I had better be back to 152

OMG Beach, I started another hcg round too! Clearly we are on the same wave length. Today is VLCD1 for me! I loaded very well. Oy. It was rough to see the number on the scale this morning.

I'm just determined to get through this round without cheating. That's my problem. I haven't been able to do it cheat free since we first did hcg years ago. So, please pray for me.

I needed something drastic to get this weight off before summer.

Oh God, I can't do chunky textures either!!! Unless it's chunks of cookie dough.

I'm aiming for a 28 day round, so I will still be here with you for your entire round.

Just kidding, just kidding! I'll be a good girl. But a 3rd loading day would be so much more fun. lol

ok....I'm eating high fat (Low Carb) the rest of today and starting VLC tomorrow...normal protocol....I'll do eggs and shrimp...no big deal.
I'm too hungry and now I'm all messed up from how I was doing it, so I'll start normal tomorrow

the taste wasn't awful...I'll get tonight's down too but I am a texture freak in a bad way

I'm just going to pour fats on vegies and try to get a ton of fats loaded. The vegetarian protocol is basically raw food, plant based. I think that's too much to take on

You can totally do shrimp and eggs and veggies for your entire round. My Hcg app says we can have cottage cheese too which I've never heard of before. Not that I plan to have it cause I'd so rather have p2 chili, but it's an option.

yeah. I am not a fan of cottage cheese...I also heard NF greek yogurt....but I'll just stick with what works, and shrimp and eggs are fine

I'm so happy for you is that a good chunk of your loading weight?

I lost one pound overnight...
I ate more oils and carbs but not a ton (but apparently enough)....and starting after 2pm yesterday. I feel much better today and figured I needed it since my first day of loading was chaotic and I really started late in the afternoon and didn't have the time to eat with the drops (I started those late also). Today, I am not hungry and ready to go. I sure hope I have a three pound drop tomorrow or I will have to go naked to work

So...what's on your menu today? I am trying to make a plan and might do some cooking today for the week ahead. I think I will do some cabbage stirfry and some egg dishes...and vegetarian chilli

Well, I gained 8 pounds loading...so I still have a ways to go before I'm losing new weight, but hopefully by Tuesday i'll be losing real weight.

Your 1 pound loss even with added fats yesterday is awesome!!!!

My menu today is P2 chili for lunch, (trying to hold off until at least 1 o'clock to have lunch)
Then probably my apple around 4, then I'll have stir fry beef with cucumbers for dinner. I didn't drink enough water yesterday so I'll work on that today too!

I'm glad you're not feeling hungry today! We can do this!!!

Yeah...I drank a ton of water yesterday before I couldn't take it anymore. that is probably what flushed the fat out. I ended up taking my chunky smoothie and adding greek yogurt and strawberries to it...and got the rest down....had vegies in olive oil, and more cheese and chips

so, I was half on/half off plan oh well...today...cooking for my week ahead
