I hear ya Fit...my 30 year is coming up

Tomorrow is day one, Biggest Loser vegetarian style for me. Today, day one Xbox personal trainer (really day two but had to stop because of my surgery)
Today...I might very well FINALLY weigh in at the "Kaiser's weigh in and win" that I signed up for 28 days ago

Yep...day one on the eating...day two on the exercise

yesterday wasn't awful eating...but I had to get rid of some bad stuff so it was kind of a Smörgåsbord of stuff not on the diet

Mmmm Smörgåsbord....

The good news is I made maple syrup yesterday, the bad news is the day before I over-boiled the first batch and accidentally made maple candy. Sure was yummy...

Other that than that, and the fact my children have given me their cold, my sugar detox isn't going too badly. I am looking forward to getting back to some dark chocolate and red wine in 2 weeks time though.

So, yesterday I did 30 min crossfit, 30 min. Yoga, and 15ish min. walk with the dog.
Stayed on menu down 1.2 pounds

Today...I am eventually going to get up and xbox...but....I am tired
so far, staying on plan

I have had such bad allergies this week... Just miserable...

Hi All

Totally just by sticking to plan. Went back on induction and have been doing all the things that I know make it work like completing a food diary, checking food contents before I eat them rather than after, checking my ketostix twice a day (I know these don't work for everyone but I find them really motivating) and finally not allowing excuses to change what I want to eat, for example 5 of us went out on sat to a concert and rather than give in to the easy option I took cooked chicken and some snack cheese with me.

I do keto sticks to see if I'm in or out. They do motivate me. If I'm in, it deters me from cheats!

Hello everyone! Still here, still trying to stick to my sugar detox. Just busted out the L glutamine again and kicking myself for not doing that before because it's really helping. Was feeling a bit dizzy and really craving sugar but it seems to have helped with that. I don't think I've been this low carb for a looooong time. Not going to jinx my weigh-in by saying anything about that just yet though. See y'all tomorrow, we had a snow day today, hoping the kids are back to school tomorrow!
