Hey ladies! Just checking in! I've been on the west coast since Thursday so haven't been able to weigh in, but I've been 100% low carb and on plan. I get back tomorrow so I'll weigh in on Tuesday and see what the magic number is.

Olda congrats on 144!!!!!!!!! Amazing!

Beach, good luck on p2! I wish I was doing it with you!

Bad thoughts are fine..... Its the not acting on them.

144.5 this morning. I swear its the walking. I did 4.5 miles yesterday morning. I wont be walking today so lets see what happens tomorrow.
Trying to look at the big picture. I am down 7 pounds in just over 2 weeks. Not that 5 of its water and I have lost maybe 2 in all of those days. Happy Monday!

still starving...ate half of my egg crepes and it is only 8am. Fruit is done. I have the last of my egg crepes, veggie and grissini to get thru until 5pm....better start chugging water

On the plus side...the round is so far...better than the last one. I am at least losing quickly

144 this morning. Anyone ever actually be terrified to go away? I leave tomorrow morning for 5 days and I am scared to death to know what I will weigh when I get back. I have only lost 7.5 pounds and could put 5 of it on in one bad night!
We have a motor home with a fridge so I packed..... a chicken, crack slaw, hard boiled eggs, cold cuts, turkey chips (lol dont ask). Sprouted Puffs and pistachios to be "bad" with. Wish me luck! Hope you all have a fabulous Memorial Day weekend.

Hey all !!!!!

Someone at work said that I looked like I had lost weight !
Yippee!

I never really see it on myself (and the scale is not nice to me) so it is good to have someone say something. Made my day.


I am not going to step on the scale until my current pants are too big and I can wear the next size down. Maybe not even then. I get so disappointed when it is higher than I think it will be.

Going on week 7 of being sick...
I have a bad cough that is doing me in. My 4 yr old asked me if I was dying today.

What are they saying about getting better LC? That sucks. I hope today is a good day.

Where is FF? Did she make a new challenge and is posting and waiting for us somewhere?

Beach.... I am back and need help from you. Come back and post.. good or bad.

I went hog wild for 5 days, tons of carbs and alcohol. I wont even get on the scale til tomorrow when I have a day of program behind me.

Hey Kids! I've been out of town since last Wednesday. Been off the wagon the whole time too! Oops! On my way home now and will start the new challenge tomorrow, but I will not step on the scale until I have at least a week back on plan. Been eating gross road trip food all day today! Ugh!

Hey guys...
Still here... A lot of stress keeping me sick.

Been staying on plan but feel bloated and yucky... May cut out dairy ... But it is so hard to give up my coffee now that we have this new espresso maker. It is what gets me up in the morning.

Hey all! I had an awesome weekend..... except that I was OFF PLAN the whole entire time. Eeeeeeek! I was back on the wagon yesterday though and am feeling great today !

Having two shakes today, 3 hard boiled eggs, roasted veggies for dinner, and trying to chug 100 oz of water.
