Olda, we are here for you! You can DEFINITELY lose 21 pounds in 78 days! Just take it one day at a time and come here daily and we'll cheer you on and keep you motivated!

Beach, your scale is moving down, down, down! Yay!

My scale stayed the same today. Also, TOM is gone but I feel fat. Maybe it's all in my head, but it sucks. I just want to get back to last dosage weight! Gah!
I think I'm fasting today. Tomorrow we are going out of town for the weekend, and I'm praying I won't gain any more weight while we're gone. Then I think I'm going to commit to a 10 day juice fast starting Tuesday. If I don't get into the 170's soon I'm gonna cry!

I already over ate today. I need to stick with a plan and just do it. I wake up and think oh... juice then oh..... atkins then oh..... you can juice and do atkins, I totally messed up... time for wine and chipS!!!!!!!!
I think doing induction will get me through the worst of the cravings. I will try again tomorrow to not suck.
FF - I am sure you will have a whoosh.
Beach - You are hanging in there great. I am so proud!!!

Olds, your menu sounds good!

Beach, don't beat yourself up. Dust yourself off and get back on the wagon. Today is a new day!

I'm 182.8 today. So the scale is moving back down. Slowly but surely.

Getting ready to leave this afternoon for a weekend getaway. My plan is to fast until dinner tonight, then stick to low carb. Tomorrow I'll be busy all day so it should be easy to not eat. Fingers crossed. If I don't stay strong this could go very very badly. lol I'm hoping to come back weighing less than today though. That's the plan.

I screwed up already. lol I found a Quinoa with veggies left over in the fridge and ate it for lunch without thinking. On the scheme of screw ups... I am sure that quinoa isnt the worst but I will pay better attention. I just threw out everything that isnt low carb.

Hope you had another fabulous birthday!!! Going to try and really actually truthfully make it through an actual day of induction. My cravings are BAD and I think I need a few days in. 151 today.

Not feeling well (whole family is sick now) but still staying on plan.
I had a crazy need today to cheat, but I didn't.

B: scrambled eggs and tea
L: large salad with chicken, avocado, and blue cheese dressing.
D: ? Probably not much due to large salad

My 6 yr old broke his leg today... Spent hours upon hours in the ER.

But I didn't break down and have a milkshake when we stopped to get him a treat on the way home.

Still sick and the stress from this is not helping!

OMG, how did he break his leg? You should be very proud that you held it together eating.

148.5. Debating buying a scale that breaks things down into the .2 areas. I feel like seeing any loss is so motivating. Mine only goes buy the half pound.

FF, Glad you are back! Missed you.

Wanted to say hi!! Trying to do some stress related damage control over here.

Just started exercising again its a slow pace but a little does wonders. Also making better food choices.

May is a hectic month.

Hope everyone is well.

Good job Olda! You're scale is moving down nicely! I totally support your idea to get a scale that shows the .2 losses. They really keep me motivated on days when I only lose 2 ounces. At least I can see that the scale is moving down.

Amity, it's good to see you! I've been doing a lot of strength training exercises and swimming and it does make me feel better, but I know I really should start walking and jogging again.

As for me, I did pretty well yesterday and then ate meatloaf for dinner and blew it. I should have just gone to bed! Arg!

So far today I've only had coffee and iced tea. Planning to stick to liquids today to try to get the scale back down. I was down a few ounces today, but still not back to where I was before I went away last weekend. I have a few big events coming up this month which is why I'm desperate to get the scale back down again. Hoping to lose 10 pounds as quickly as possible in order to put myself firmly in the 170's by the end of the month.

My son got his cast today so all is a lot better.

Still on plan! Boys wanted a treat after going to the hospital ... pizza and slurpees ... But I didn't give in! I did pick 3 pieces of pepperoni off of a slice of pizza, but nothing else.

Came home and had an artichoke ... Mmmmm

Today I go into work and it's hard resisting all the cafeteria food. I will make healthier choices and stay away from the crap.

C25k when I get home. Tonight it's salmon probably with a salad and veg.

Also have to finish assembling my daughters birthday cake, she wanted a Harry potter cake so I bought a kit. The things we do for our kids.

I hear ya, Beach. I don't really like alcohol, but chocolate is my drug of choice. And yep, cake too. And cookies.

Yesterday was a perfect day and the scale is down again today which helps to keep me motivated. I'm at 183.8, so just a pound above where I was last weekend before my trip, and 3.2 pounds above last dosage weight. Doing another all liquids day today (coffee, tea, water) so that I can get back to last dosage weight as quickly as possible. Hoping to be back there by Saturday, and then into the 170's by Sunday. I feel like a broken record because I keep talking about getting back to the 170's and then I screw up right before getting there. lol

Hopefully things will be different this time. *fingers crossed*
