I have been at my mom's since 430am Friday taking care of my mom. No internet. Having a few hour break for my DD's 16th B-day party with DH's family at our house. Alzheimer's sucks!!!

I am on Day 1 of my 21 Day sugar Detox. Think the hardest things to lose will be the dark chocolate and the wine. Could have timed this better than smack bang in the middle of my first maple season in Vermont! We've tapped some of our trees so I going to have to be super-good when I boil down the sap, but I may just have to try a teeny bit of sugar-on-snow because I've never had it.

Hey everyone!

I am hanging in there with my JUDDD plan for now. On my second serious down day (and kind of messed it up) but I am not going to worry about it. I got a bit stressed and passed ( or didn't pass) a candy jar on a desk... I will know better next time.

Hope you all are well.
Rest up Beach... I hope things start getting easier for you soon.
