It has been a horrible year for sickness


I ate CRAPPY yesterday...really crappy...beer and Pizza ...and was rewarded with 145.1 so a one-ish pound loss
SOOOOO today, I am still doing a correction day anyway and flushing with water so that gain doesn't bite me on the butt tomorrow

Yay Beach!!!!!!!!! I'm so so happy for you that you were able to go out and enjoy yourself and still lose a pound!!! Wahoo!!!!

I'm still chugging along. TOM was supposed to hit today. So far nothing....but I do feel kinda crampy so maybe it will be here soon!

I'm fasting all day today and then having a salad for dinner. Tomorrow I'll be out of the house for a good portion of the day so hopefully I'll be too busy to be hungry.

Hey all!

Just checking in! TOM showed up today! Yay! Now just a few more days and I know the water weight and bloatedness will be gone! Can't wait.

I had the BEST salad last night. Yum. I'm doing a juice fast today and tomorrow, but I think Sunday I will make salad again because it was so good!

Hey Ladies! Hope you're all having a great weekend!

I weighed myself yesterday and I was at 182.6. Boo! However, it was the 2nd day of TOM which is always the worst day for me if you know what I mean, so I'm sure that had something to do with it.

I'm not weighing again until Thursday or Friday when TOM is gone!

The good news is that the pms hunger is finally gone too, so tomorrow I will start a 3 day juice fast. I just feel better when I juice at least a few days a week.

Oh, and Beach, I hope you had an awesome Birthday yesterday and I hope you didn't worry about calories at all! Everyone should feel free to go nuts on their birthday!

Beach - I hope you had an awesome birthday!!!!

FF - how are you stabilizing?

We were in Myrtle Beach all weekend for a soccer tournament. I only went up a pound, which is good considering I had wine at night and didn't drink much water either day. I was pretty excited about only a one pound gain. Although no gain and a loss would have been better lol!

I am hoping to make a great turn around myself... I am not going to weigh myself until the next challenge, but I am on day two of no sugar and doing well!

I have to make another cake tonight for a program tomorrow night... It is so hard not to taste test!!!!

Beach, it's coming back down, no worries!

LCL, great job getting back on the wagon!

I've been doing this 30 day squat challenge and my legs are KILLING me. I think I want to start a 30 day ab routine too.

TOM is still here but on it's way out the door so I will weigh tomorrow. Wish me luck!

Morning! Quick check in for me. Glad to be back on track from the weekend. Even though I didn't cheat much I was up some bc of water retention I think. TOM came today. Awesome . Trying to drink as much water as I can because I'm feeling a little bloated - not normal during TOM for me.

Well, I weighed in and I was 183.2. Yikes! So, correction day for me. And I'll probably have to do another one tomorrow too. I'm hoping at least some of this weight is just from the exercise I've been doing. Either way, I want it to come back off, otherwise I will NEVER see the 170's!

Morning all. Back up to 151. I get so disappointed when I cant make it through one day on plan. I have 78 days to lose 21 pounds. I have a high school reunion, I already have NO hair and dont look like me. Help me stay motivated. PLEASE.
