Today I have tons to do so it should keep my mind off of food. I honestly understand now why you should not drink and diet you really get stupid...and it's not like I even drank very much...like I seriously had a buzz in a few swallow's and I should have stopped then...especially before I got hungry and started munching...and munching...and...grrrrr

I'm exactly the same way Beach! If I drink, I'll eat anything. All my willpower goes out the door. For that reason it's good that I only drink once or twice a year, if that. lol

No change here today either. I thought about water fasting today to get rid of it, but then I thought, whatever. It's pms weight and it will come off when it wants to. Why torture myself?

I agree...I am not stressing either...but I definitely, definitely need to eat cleaner I have had breading and of course...the cheat...If I eat plain eggs and veggies...I should be able to correct it without steak

I did a juice, greek yogurt strawberry smoothie and veggie soup yesterday...BUT...I ate some breaded shrimp too and I am pretty sure that was a problem!!!

Scale is the same today. It does not want to budge, despite the VERY LIMITED amount of calories I'm having.

I think I'm going to stay away from the scale until TOM shows up so that I can stop torturing myself. Because when I get on the scale and there's no movement, it makes me want to eat bad things. lol

And btw, today is my last juice day and then I get to move into p3 tomorrow, but right now I'm not even excited about it. I'm more afraid of what the scale will do when I start eating more food again.

That's what scares me Beach. Because I gained a pound while still on p2 and can't get it to leave, so what's gonna happen once I eat p3? No thanks, I'll stick to juice for a while until TOM hits. lol

Its only 4 pounds Beach... and I am sure its from not eating on plan and at least 2 will come off quickly. I am not used to hcg but do you stay at that initial phase one weight? or add a few pounds when you start to eat? I am at 148 as of this morning and REALLY want to splurge on some wine and chips. I will try to control myself. Fake boobs can make you look like you are quite large is the rest of you doesnt really match!! Kinda liked my "flatchestedness" better.

Olda, it's so funny that you say you liked your flatchestedness better, because i was just thinking about how I lost A TON of weight after my first DD was born years ago. I got down to 118 and I'm almost 5'9...so I was really tiny which meant I had zero boobs. After having a full C for most of my life, I was soooo depressed by my lack of boobs, and I used to wear those chicken cutlet things in my bra. hahahaha

Now though, I can't WAIT to lose enough weight that these bad boys get small again. It's so much easier to wear clothes with smaller boobs.

I hope the weight falls off.
With hcg...you have to maintain that last dosing weight for 3 weeks within 2 pounds plus or minus....it is generally not that difficult really....but who knows what the hell I am thinking

I kind of think I will be doing another round with you, FF I am not liking this weight and I am not liking the fact I have already climbed up above my window
today, eggs...tomorrow, juice. I have a Dr appointment (post-op) tomorrow and would like to be closer to the 142-3 mark

Beach, great job getting that number to come right back down!

I didn't weigh today. I think I'm going to wait until Sunday in hopes that the scale will be at 179 by the time I weigh in. lol Yesterday was an almost perfect water fast day, but then I got super hungry at night and I ate a handful of raw almonds.

Today I'm attempting a water fast day again, then tomorrow I'm juicing, then Thursday I'm having people over for dinner so I'll make a salad to serve on the side, that way I can just eat the salad. Friday and Saturday will be just juicing, and then hopefully I'll be 179 by Sunday morning. *fingers crossed*

I'm planning to load the 21st and 22nd of June, Beach, and then start p2 again on June 23rd. However if you wanted to do another round earlier than that, I could totally do it the week of Memorial Day. Like maybe load Memorial Day weekend, and then start P2 on May 28th. Which would you prefer?

Hoping may is killer for me. I am motivated, seeing Jillian Michaels on Sunday and have no scheduled surgeries or anything elseeeeeeeee. My goal is the 130s. This has been my goal for like 2 years. Who cant lose 10-15 pounds in 2 years? Me. But i will do it in 3 months this time. So there.

As for me, I still haven't managed to do a full water fast day yet. Last night I got hungry so I ate a slice of swiss cheese and a hand full of raw almonds. Fail!

I think I need to go to bed earlier. Because I do great all day and then around 10 I get starved and cave. So tonight I'm going to bed at 9 at the latest. lol

My stomach feels a little flatter today though so I think I must be back on a downward trend. We'll see on Sunday.

Attempting another water fast today and I will continue to do so until I actually finish out a full day!

Ok, screw this water fast.

PMS hunger is too much to deal with. I made scrambled eggs and I'm eating them now. I figured it's better than letting myself get so hungry that I start gorging on junk food.

I'll try the water fast again once TOM comes and goes.

Hey!!!! I know I say this all the time but I am SLAMMED at work right now. Like ridiculously slammed. Like I want to quit slammed. I've been on plan and am down 5.8 pounds yayyyyyy!!!! I had gained weight over Easter and it climbed a little even after that so I hope the losses continue. I'd be happy with 2-3 pounds per week ! I'm still working out and just trying to eat right. I cut out the late evening snacking and am doing two protein shakes a day and a healthy meal with some almonds in between to curb hunger. So far, so good!

I know you guys are done with your round. Congrats on the losses. You did amazing!!! Where has everyone else been? Kitty and the others???? I hope they come back!!!
