I dont know what grissini is but I surely do understand. I think your idea for today is perfect.
FF - Great weight loss

Day 3 of juicing done with one exception, one juice was more of a smoothie. I felt kinda like I needed some protein. I am going to see how I feel but hoping for 5 days in total. I feel better already. I will look at the scale AFTER my surgery. Maybe even wait til Monday in case I retain water.

Olda, you're doing awesome with your juice fasting! congrats! I can't wait to see what the scale has to say in a few days!

Beach, how was your p3 yesterday? Better?

I'm down 8 ounces today! Yay! Tomorrow is supposed to be my last dosing day, but I have enough hcg to last at least a few more days, and I'm soooo close to the 170's, so I think I might keep going for a few more days until my hcg is all gone. I REALLY want to make that 178 goal that I set for myself. And I'm so close I can almost taste it!

Hi Beach! I'm here. I'm hungry. I'm going to bed early so I can ignore the hunger.

Beach - yikes! You did great with what you went through !

I just had stress from my DH hitting a rock in the road - putting one of our cars out of service for a few days- and I ate half a bag of fig newtons! If I had that kind of family stress I would have had a lot more than a bag of whatever that was... Crackers ?

FF- you are flying down that scale! Great job! I, on the other hand, am going in the wrong direction at the moment...

Wendy ( do you mind me using your name? I feel like I am calling you a bad name when I say Olda) good going on joining the juice movement!

Hope everyone is having a great night.

ok, morning of day 5... (and yes you can call me wendy). Love juicing. I was juicing 2 meals a day pretty regularly right before I got diagnosed with breast cancer last year and had a mental block about going back. Strange what the mind will do. I would look at the juice and think of cancer. But just forcing myself through one day made that go away.

I had an avocado yesterday at lunch time. I plan on juicing today too but MAY throw in something like an avocado again.

idk....maybe I'm getting used to family drama I'm just happy I had the hcg to help with hunger or I quite possibly would have crawled into a bag of chips and a bottle of beer and not crawled out

Beach, AWESOME loss this morning! Enjoy p3!

As for me, I'm down another pound today and totally ecstatic. I think I might actually be able to hit the 170's by this weekend, which I haven't seen in years. That's going to feel soooo great!

Beach, you're totally going to see the benefits on the scale tomorrow! Yay!

Olda, 146 is AWESOME!!!!! Congrats!

As for me, I made one of my favorite meals in the world for my family tonight, and I sat there and drank my iced tea and didn't take one bite. So proud of myself. I hope the scale rewards me in the morning.

That's how I always feel on p3 too!!! That's why the first two weeks I end up sticking to p2 foods in larger quantities! lol

I think I'm gonna do meat and eggs when I hit p3. Except for the 2 days a week when I'll be juicing.

So day one P3 went OK and I even had cheese (provolone) I am going to keep it simple since my tummy is really bothering me today (I felt nauseous last night and woke up at 1am and thought...omg)...I didn't heave-ho my cheerios but I'm feeling like any minute, I might
Not sure what's on my plan today. I ate a lot of sauté veggies yesterday...but after eating the Portobello mushroom pizza was when I felt sick...so we will see what happens. maybe I will end up juicing.

I think it would be an excelent idea if I wrote what I ate so I know when there is a problem.
Yesterday
B: 2 eggs with 1 egg white, ground beef and green chille, coffee with cream
L: Saute bell pepper and onion in olive oil
S: Lara bar - Peanutbutter choc chip
D: 2 portobello mushroom pizza (Provolone cheese, grilled pepper and onion, tomato)
Ice tea

Today
B: 2 bites of green chille omelet and stopped for the sake of my tummy
S: Juice (Cucumber, kale, 1/2 orange, apple, lemon) amd Lara Bar (same as above)
L: Veggie chicken wings and salad with vin/oil
D: idk

Beach, first of all, I think it's a great idea to journal your food here! It will totally help you identify if any of your foods are a problem, and it helps the rest of us get ideas too.

Secondly, omg, your menu sounds good! I'm getting really hungry! lol I think I'm going to dose for 2 more days, then p2 without Hcg Monday, Tuesday, and Wesnesday, and then eat p3 on Thursday. Cause I really want some food! lol

I also made SF cook and serve chocolate pudding....I seriously hope none of this gives me trouble this time...I have not had trouble with the pudding or veggies in the past...so lets hope I have luck this time.

FF and Beach, you guys had some great weight losses. Heres to 170!!!
Surgery is over (Hopefully the last one EVER). I ate one slice of regular pizza (ugh, must have been the anesthesia talking) when I got home. Woke up on and off and had a bowl of strawberries and rasberries at one point. Not really sure how I will eat today. Guess it will depend on how I feel.

It's just water weight Beach. It will be gone tomorrow.

I'm up 1.2 pounds today, for no reason. I only had juice yesterday. I barely drank water, so who knows if that had anything to do with it.

I was really upset when I got on the scale this morning, but then I looked at the calendar and realized that TOM is expected in 5 days. So most likely this is pms weight. I have been starving the last few days too. So I decided not to take my injection today. I'll let yesterday be my last injection, and then I'll do the 500 calories with no hcg today, tomorrow, and, and Monday. That way I'll be sure to be in P3 by Tuesday and that will help if I can eat more food while I'm pmsing.

I really wanted to get to 178 before stopping hcg, but I'm sure I can get there by doing M&E too.
