I can totally talk myself into an "I don't care" attitude just as quickly as you girls! lol

I'm really going to try to stick this round out until the bitter end. I only have a week left so it's not THAT hard to suck it up and fight the hunger for one more week. It helps when the scale moves down like it did this morning. Yay!

Another juice day here today. I might alternate juice days with eating days starting tomorrow, just to keep my head in the game for the next week. We'll see how hungry I get today and then I'll decide.

Thanks Beach! You also said I'd have a good loss today, and you were right, so I'm going to go with your gut and assume I won't be hungry today either!

I need to hit up whole foods before lunch to get some more kale and apples. I soooo look forward to my green juice which is something I never thought I'd say. lol

BTW, if anybody else is lurking and is thinking of buying a juicer, I ended up buying a Breville one on Amazon for 99 bucks and it juices so well and the machine is so easy to clean up, it literally takes less than 2 minutes to clean the machine. I love it!

I did have a good loss after juicing....zero after eating protocol yesterday...hoping for a pound over night...I plan to juice tomorrow too...maybe the the two days non dosing days too

I totally plan to juice during my non dosing days too, beach. I think that's a great idea. It will probably help us get below last dosage weight and give us a nice cushion once we get into p3.

Yeah, I'm definitely thinking I want to incorporate these juice days into my p3 too. Maybe like Monday and Tuesday of every week will be juice days, and then the rest of the week I'll stick to regular low carb...minus the cheese cause I know it will cause me to gain.

We'll see how that works out. But I definitely love how I feel after juicing for a few days so I want to make sure it's a regular part of my diet plan.

Belle has completely changed her diet too

on that note, once I started juicing and stopped meat, my DH was giving me all kinds of crap about meat...I told him I'd juice him a steak

ok, after having an evening where I caught myself eating chocolate icing out of the container, in a sweat and almost "high" form doing it.... I jumped on the juicing wagon for the day. My body needs some sort of reset. 2 juices and one banana later, I will do it again tomorrow. OMG, it was nasty... like I was watching myself on a tv.

I had a bunch of park food today ( but less than I would have eaten before this month). I seem to have a better gauge now that I have been counting calories. I could have easily finished my plate and looked for desert before, but I ate about half and gave the rest to my son. I will spare you all what it was that I ate... But it wasn't very healthy.

Feeling a lot better now than I did in February exercise-wise. I actually ran with my son to the car and I wasn't out of breath!

I'm juicing again today. I have 4 more dosing days before my 3 days of p2 without hcg, so I think I will juice every other day this week, and then Friday, Saturday, Sunday will be a juice fast, and then next Monday I move into P3. That's my plan so far, we'll see how it pans out. lol

ugh...I had a massive cheat...well, not massive, but....
I was starving, sleep deprived and could not for the life of me stop eating grissini...the WHOLE thing!! and I mean the whole box too so today...no grissini since I ate enough for like one full round IDIOT!!!

***sigh*** not juicing, no dosing, just going to try to get through the day what ever I do. I brought a normal meal and I will see I am drinking green tea right now and trying to be a good liitle girl so that grissini weight drops right off

Hey!!!! I haven't checked in since last week. I know I suck. Totally. I've only read this page....

beach and FF- I neverrrr thought that I would enjoy juicing as much as I do. I didn't do it to lose weight but to feel better. It has so many great health benefits and I love it. Try putting an orange or two in that kale and celery and see if it tastest better haha! I loveeeeeeeeeee beets in my juice too. I have so many great recipes. I can send you some if you want.

I have totally changed my diet and am only eating fish as far as meat goes and tons of fruits and veggies. The problem I've had over the last few months is snacking. I don't choose wisely or plan well. I'm back "on the wagon" and down 2.5 pounds so far. I also think my body has been adjusting to eating more carbs even if they are healthier carbs. I really need to buckle down and get this weight off though. Spring is here and I hate looking fat with capris on!!!!!

Olda, good job on 2 days of juicing down! Yay!

Beach, don't worry about the grissini mishap. You could have cheated with waaaayyyy worse things. Just eat normally today and that weight will come right back off.

Belle, I'm so glad you and Beach got into this juicing thing and that I somehow picked up on your enthusiasm along the way. I feel great juicing and my DH wants to start juicing now too. He has ZERO weight to lose (jerk) but he wants to do it for all the other health benefits.

As for me, I'm down another pound today. Yay! This past week has just been so fun as far as weighing and getting dressed every morning. lol

I soooo wish I didn't have to end my p2 this week, but I don't want to risk immunity, and also I have a ton of social things coming up in May so I have to be sure I'm in P3 then. I think I'm definitely going to do another round in July though.

I KNOW ...it could have been WAY worse...and the thoughts went that way!! But after all the grissini damage...I went to bed

My niece (who has had issues with pain meds) came to my house to visit since she was having some personal issues. She spent the night with me Friday night, we had a fun time.
You know who just had surgery.....and who was prescribed pain meds.....AND who hid said pain meds.....
She searched, found the meds...took all 16 percocet's plus assorted other things she could find
so it's been a fabulous weekend...hospitals and dealing with dismal mental health and treatment services (OR LACK THEREOF)

I kept it together but man...this has been one rough weekend and one I would have liked to crawl in a bottle for until it was over
***sigh***
Family sucks! I mean....really? How in the hell did I come from these people?

O....M....G....BEACH, I'm so sorry you were dealing with all of that!!!! You have SERIOUS willpower that you didn't dive head first into a bag of chips, which is what I would have done. And then I would have downed two bags of m&m's just for good measure.
