I do come here everyday, but I don't have a lot to talk about. I am just doing calorie counting and exercise right now, so I don't have much to say.

It is pretty boring to talk about

However, as of April 1, I have lost 5.4 pounds! I know most of that is water, but it is good to see the number going down.

I guess I can post my daily weigh on here too

Goal for April: Just to start doing something! (But 5 pounds would be nice too)

Monday, 4/1: 183.8
Tuesday, 4/2: 181.4
Wednesday, 4/3: 180.4
Thursday, 4/4: 179.0
Friday, 4/5: 179.0
Saturday, 4/6: DNW
Sunday, 4/7: DNW

Monday, 4/8: 179.0
Tuesday, 4/9: DNW
Wednesday: DNW (I don't know where this day went..)
Thursday 4/11: DNW (TOM)
Friday 4/12: 178.4.

And this also means that I have met my goal for this month!
But I won't give up... Onward and downward!

Ok, I don't know if this is a fluke, but I just weighed myself again and I'm down 1.2 from where I was this morning!

Now I'm afraid to eat solid foods for dinner because I really want the scale to stay down tomorrow morning! Maybe i should have a juice before dinner and not eat when we go out tonight. It's gonna be difficult...but if the scale bounces back up tomorrow I'll be so mad! Beach, what would you do if you were me?

I lost drinking one juice and one meal
better than when I did 2 juices
I'd eat and see what happens...you still have a few more days to mess with it and adjust as needed.
I VERY stupidly ate something I shouldn't of I had it for later in P3....It was a chia seed/apple/oats thingy...hopefully it will act like melba (about the same calorie count...I had a little taste and then could not stop myself...

Ok thanks Beach!

And you're right, I still have 9 days to fix it if tonight's meal makes me gain.

Don't worry about your chia seed thingy. Anything that starts with the words chia seeds is fine I'm sure. lol

Yay Beach!!!!!! I'm so excited for you that you're going to get to 140 soon!

As for me, I'm up a little from what I weighed before dinner last night. But I'm still down 4 ounces from what I was yesterday morning, so that's good. I have to eat at some point so it's better to do it now rather than just wait until after p2 and then watch the scale bounce up once I eat solid foods again. lol It's just so much fun when the scale goes down more than a few ounces! Oh well.

I was so proud of myself yesterday though. We went to this awesome restaurant and everyone was eating yummy apps and burgers and shoestring fries and pasta, etc. etc. I had a side salad and 4 grilled shrimp and didn't touch a morsel of anything I wasn't supposed to. Success! Just goes to show you that you CAN eat right even when out at a restaurant.

Hi guys...

I didn't weigh this morning due to just being too tired.
I was up late making cakes... That should set off some alarms...

I tested my efforts a little too much... Yum!

I am so tired and I feel a migraine coming on. On top of that I am going to work today for some overtime...

Hope you all have a great weekend. Juice on!

I did that too...by tomorrow, you will not feel hungry at all. I went shopping to take my mind off my stomach.

I am finally noticing my clothes are getting baggy and I can get into most of my small clothes...not ALL...but many

eeeewwwww....God no! I'm a beer kind of girl
Bourbon on a diet day...with diet 7up

wish I liked wine so I could be a wineo...but alas, I can barely gag the stuff down. I am a pretty picky drunk for sure

I think I have it now....drank a huge glass of iced tea, my DH made ribs and smoked chicken boneless breasts...I forgot to take tofu out so I ate some chicken on a big plate of lettuce I am still not going to eat meat but I will in a pinch but I am doing it because of the treatment of those poor animals and want to avoid it, but I am not going to be one of those crazy vegan ladies in plastic birkenstocks who doesn't shave (**DISCLAIMER to hairy vegan hippie chicks) ...I am just trying to make a small difference and also want to be more plant based for health purposes since colon cancer runs rampant in my sperm donor's family

I really want enough food to fill me up for a change

I hear you Beach! The past few days I've found myself asking "maybe I should stop dosing and end this round." lol

I'm gonna take it day by day and end it when I can't take it any longer. I may even do 3 juices tomorrow if I feel this hungry again tomorrow.

Hey gals,

Didn't count many of my calories today... Have to get back on track or I could end up giving up again. I can talk my way into a "I don't care" attitude faster than you can open a bag of Doritos!

Here is to stickin' to the program!
