What do you mean cheating? Do you mean the juice?

Because all the ingredients are allowed on plan, we're just not supposed to combine veggies which I don't understand anyhow.

I don't consider this juice a cheat. If anything I'll be leaving out the protein but having everything else. I've never done grissini or melba anyhow so I won't miss that.

I wish I knew the reason why he said no to mixing veggies. Because it doesn't make much sense to me. lol

I've just been reading about the effects of the lunar cycle on weight loss and tomorrow is a new moon so instead of juicing tomorrow I will be fasting and drinking only water. Supposedly this will help me detox and get rid of excess water weight if done for 24-36 hours at the new moon. I'll let you know on Thursday if it actually works or if it's all mumbo jumbo. lol

you can't go wrong with anything called mumbo jumbo

I guess it would be ok to just do the juice...especially since it is the protocol fruit and veggies (mixed but I never have had issues with that)

me too...and just reach my goal on hcg for a change

I have never had such a crappy round...this is ridiculous
I was hoping for the 130s...scaled it back to 140...and might have to scale it back again!
6 days til LDD...unless I squeeze one more day in then it's 7 days and I am not feeling very confident to see anywhere close to 140 or even 141 so maybe juicing the last few days will get me there

I brought my DD some of the junk from work to get it out of there by tomorrow (it called my name out all day) and actually had to touch doritos, brownie bites and cookies

I am still hungry, but I love juice and it was pretty yummy. I think I can do this
I might still eat my eggs/whites tonight and start fresh tomorrow for juicing I need some cucumbers

Beach! good going avoiding all that food!

I have the hardest time passing up free food... isn't it silly?
Especially when it is work related... They have taken so much from us paywise at work that I think I think of it as a little pay back!

But sadly, most of the free food comes from my fellow workers since the county is sooooo cheap.

But back to you! Great job! You are an inspiration!

Funny story:
A coworker knows that I am trying to eat better... She brought in some kale chips from Trader Joe's for me to snack on. I had one, which looked awful but tasted ok, and proceeded to cleanse the after taste of it away with a handful of jelly beans.

149.5 again. I made it to 2 whole days, hopefully I can do 3! Not completely low carb, I had 2 slices of low carb bread on a sandwich. I have leftover Visalus shakes that I am having for breakfast with some fruit.
I LOVED juicing and was doing it for quite awhile about a year ago. Did the Fat Sick and Nearly Dead recipes. I didnt lose much weight but felt great!!!

Green Juice it is

Let me know how you're doing today, FF...if you are struggling or whatever.
I have a feeling this is going to be somewhat difficult for me also. I feel really good and really satisfied...but feel like I'm missing out on something...it's a total mind game for me

Well, I'm up almost 2 pounds today FOR NO DAMN REASON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I didn't even eat both of my meals yesterday!

*sigh* Obviously it's just water weight because there's no way to gain 2 pounds overnight when you ate barely 300 calories.

Beach, my water fast is going good so far. I haven't had anything but water since yesterday afternoon and I will continue with just water until tomorrow morning. This new moon diet BETTER take off 6 pounds of water weight. That's all I have to say.

VLCD1-201.8(Oh Lord!)
VLCD2-198.6(-3.2)
VLCD3-198 (-.6)

Good luck with your green juice today, Beach! I'll be here if you need me to talk you down from diving head first into a bag of Doritos. lol

I'm thinking the new moon fast is going to be easy because of the scale???

I know it (the scale) is motivating me but uggh. I really, really want food...not bad food necessarily, but food

on the other hand...mmmmm...Dorito's

Yeah, I'm actually starving, but there is no way I'm eating one damn thing today. I'll die if the scale doesn't move back down tomorrow!

I'm counting down the hours until i can go to bed. lol

Thankfully I made enough dinner last night that there's leftovers for DH and the kids to eat tonight, so at least I don't have to cook.

I am so hungry, I am so hungry, I am so hungry.

This is usually the point during all of my rounds, when I'm starving and the scale is not budging, that I give in and cave.

It will NOT happen this time. I only have to stick it out for 12 more days. I can do it, I can do it, I can do it.

Be prepared...they are a little harsh or strong at first...but man I love them. The cucmber is strong for a juice but I love it with lemon.
I usually don't use cucumber but it makes A LOT of juice...but it is potent so is celery

Kale kind of gives me heartburn, I love beat juice as long as it is simple.
