Hey all - sorry it's been so long. I was out of town for Easter and then my kids were on spring break last week... There are so many pages to catch up on!!

beach - I saw you post this before I skipped all the pages to catch up on. I love the bullet. Its much better than the mini blender I was using. I guess my husband and I are not really vegetarians because we eat fish but we aren't eating animal protein. I've only had it a few times since January 4th. It feels pretty awesome. Now if I could stop with all the other things I eat I'd be losing weight haha!

Looks like you guys are having a great round!!! So happy for you beach and FF! Hey to everyone else. I've been doing two meal replacement shakes per day and a healthy meal the last few days. Haven't been on the scale though but I feel pretty good !

I want to eat.

I know I will make it through the next two weeks. But it's going to be hard. No lie. Remember the first week when I wasn't hungry ever? Yeah....that feeling is sooo gone. lol

And honestly, I don't even think I'm hungry. I think I just want to eat.

Yes, I'm doing 28 days of injections and then 3 days of p2 without injections....so I still have 13 days after today. *sob*

I ordered a juicer today. I might start juicing to get the scale moving again.

I love juicing...I didn't lose weight....but I didn't gain. I am hoping once I lose this, I don't gain in P3 and P4

I think my last dose will be Mon or Tue next week...My birthday is the 27th and I want to be somewhat stable before that. Plus some of my friends are gathering the 21st to watch their premier of their show on Animal Planet and I want to have fun with them.

**sigh**

I am over this. I might juice with you

after all that running to the bathroom yesterday...I get a pound
I am down 7 pounds total from day one but 12 from loading (I hate including the loading weight) ...I want 5 more pounds, I don't think it is possible though

I feel dehydrated but, I sucked down fluids like crazy. I am feeling so much better today

I had an orange yesterday but not my other fruit. I did over-do on the grissini because my stomach hurt and I was trying to settle it down...but not WAY over

Beach, at least you lost a pound!!! Yay!!!!!! You're only a few ounces away from being under 145 FOREVER!

As far as the juicing goes, I got the idea from a girl on another thread...who got the idea from someone else who did juicing during his p2 phase and had great results. She was going up a few ounces and stalling or having very small losses, and then when she switched to juices only her losses picked up again. The juice she does is 2 Kale leaves, 1/2 cucumber, 1 apple, 1/4 lemon, and 1/2" piece of ginger. That makes one drink and I think she said she does 2 juices a day.

So hopefully my juicer will get here before lunch tomorrow so I can start juicing tomorrow.

Because today I got a big fat 0 again! ARG!!!!!!!

yeah...I read some guy did the same thing. He did his entire round juicing only...If I ever do this to myself again ...I'm juicing. As it is, I could probably finish it out juicing to see if I lose these last 5....even if it's 3 or 4 pounds..
I'm just getting annoyed about the drop one, gain one...grrr

I'm getting really annoyed too, especially because the last few days have been so rough as far as cravings go. Every morning I wake up and feel like I should be rewarded because I stayed strong...and the scale doesn't move or if it does...it's like 2 ounces. What the heck?

So yeah, I think I'd like to finish out my round juicing if it gets things moving again. If it doesn't....I'll DIE!!!!

We must have been reading the same threads

The thing I noticed about juicing is I wasn't very hungry I felt fine...had lots of water too but the juice was refreshing and hit the spot.

I am seriously going to finish the round juicing...seems people are doing the juice only, so why not? I am trying to get answers about thier P3s though

now I'm worried about "cheating"

I was trying to stay completely on protocol so I had a repeat round like my first crap....this sucks...I do not want to gain this weight back again and again

Maybe try the juice like I did last week...all of my normal veggies and fruit and egg whites

idk, idk, idk
