The Peanut Butter Egg Battle III

With only a bit over 6 weeks to go before Easter and the seasonal weapon of carb snipers, the chocolate covered peanut butter egg, we are enlisting soldiers to head with me into the Peanut Butter Egg Battle.

We will be faced with carb sniping saboteurs wielding Peanut Butter Eggs, ninja marshmallow peeps, and kamikaze chocolate bunnies aiming sprays of jelly bean fire at us to name just a few. Chocolate cream filled land mines have been spotted. Are you up for this challenge? If so, enlist ASAP.

Don't worry though, the mess hall will have plenty of hard boiled eggs for all!

The first weigh in will be Monday, February 18th. The last will be Monday, April 1st. That's right...The Monday after Easter....Don't even think of gobbling up those PB Eggs!

If you forget to weigh in, do so as soon as you can. We are a friendly, fun loving, supportive group!

Hoping to get reenlistments, and all new enlistments are welcome as well!

Happy to reenlist with this group!

Easter candy (especially jelly beans) has definitely caused me problems probably since I was a kid--candy leads to more candy leads to more candy. . .

But no more! I successfully navigated the candymines of Christmas and Valentine's day (took a bit of shrapnel on Halloween but nothing compared to previous years), so I'm ready to face this one head on.

Thanks to Sarge for starting this up and for the effective motivational writing!

for me its Cadburys Creme eggs and mini eggs. Already I see them. Last year was the first year ( In my Whole life I think ) that I didn't eat a ton of creme eggs.

I'm pretty new to posting as I have stated in a post on the 30 day challenge thread (long time lurker) and I am a sugar hound - any challenges through this season - I'm all in - I need to stay accountable as I figure how to get through the next 6 weeks - still trying to figure out the best way to approach this and trying to eat to maintain within my window... Sooooooo

I'll take mine fried in a non-stick instead of hard-boiled if its Ok !!! Weigh in tomorrow it is !!!

Cadbury mini-eggs have always been my downfall! I will resist this year! I am also going on a cruise for a week in mid-March. Planning to stay on plan, except for a sugar-free dessert or two.

I'm fighting all the Easter candy too. I have picked up so SF Russell Stover. I try not to eat it but it helps to eat a piece if I get to craving chocolate too much! I weighed in last Monday at 190 and today at 185.
