Bad week for me too...I gained this weekend because of a Chinese food buffet and too many sugar alcohols. Hopefully it is all water weight and will come off quickly.

Margaret, I think I ate out 9 or 10 times last week -- 3 meal-time club meetings and the rest just out of town meals. Now the Pilates group is having lunch together tomorrow -- celebrating a man's 1st anny with the health center!

I'll try to be good, Sarge. It's a Friday, so that means seafood or veggie for me, and I've decided I'll have eggplant parmagiana -- 350 cals for the meal! If I stay away from the breadsticks and dipping oil!

KT, I'm a fluffy hamster on an exercise wheel, putting in 12 -15 hours at the gym each week. Without the exercise, I would really gain! And, without the crazy eating, I would really lose!

Someday, maybe I'll get this right and get down to target weight!

Hey All,
I walked for 45 minutes yesterday evening- My first time "off the couch and on my feet" in about 2 weeks. (You don't think I overdid it, do ya'?

)
Exercise is good for us. I felt better mentally this morning. (I'm sure its being Friday has nothing to do with it.)

Need to stay on plan ALL weekend- Have a good one.

Exercise--- yes. Thanks for setting a good example for us Janice and TC! We are forecasted 3-5 inches of show Monday. On top of the 10ish we got 5 days ago. But I am dreaming of clear pavement and family walks to the park with the pooch! Snow, snow- go away!
