Hi. Thanks for the link. I'm in the middle of wading through that huge thread. Very interesting. I think I'm going to try to get DH doing it, too. Might also go look for some sesame oil.

I realized today that the joint pain I've been having in my hip hasn't been bothering me lately. I'm not ready to say it's gone, but I'm going to keep an eye on it and see what happens with it.

Yesterday:
B: coffee w/ cream & CO
L: burrito on LC tortilla
D:cream cheese on celery, cheese
S: s/f choc pudding

Today:
B: coffee w/ cream & CO, almonds
L: chicken and brocolli alfredo
D: tuna melt on flax bread

DH mentioned to my yesterday that he can tell that I'm losing. My clothes feel a bit looser. I feel like I'm in the LC zone again. Feels good.

Oh that's a great feeling!! I noticed today my workout pants are getting lose and a few people mentioned they've noticed too! Hooray for us!!

I hope your hip pain goes away soon!

Today I did 3.2mil.
B: veggie tray one he egg. Coffee with am and co
L: salami and celery with pb and 1/2 slice cheese (weird... I know!)
D: salad with chicken
Water all day!

And I agree that oil pulling thread is interesting. I didn't get too far into it but what I saw was impressive and I was nearly ready to go buy sesame oil!!!!

Just want to vent for a min or two

I weigh daily. I know it's not good to do but it WAS helping me stay on track.
NOW my weight is up and down by 1 or 2 lbs. so frustrating to see.

I was seeing a loss everyday now it's all over the place.

I don't know why but wanted to vent.
If you have any advice or ideas let me know!!!

I think that as long as you can keep in mind that your weight will fluctuate daily and you don't let that get to you, it's fine to weigh every day. TOM, more sodium than normal, not enough H2O, etc can bounce your weight up a pound for a day or two. I think it's better for me to stick to weighing once or twice a week.

L: herb & cream cheese omelet
D: chicken & brocolli
S: breve latte

Hi there!
Posting for yesterday

I did 3.2 mi
B: coffee with AM and CO eggs and sausage
L: protein bar ( higher in carbs that I'd like but I needed food and nothing I could eat where I was)
D: steak topped with mushrooms and onions and salad

I made pb cookies last night. Didn't have any nor was I tempted to!

No exercise today. Not feeling too well.
I started back on my met. My Dr said I don't need it for pcos anymore but said it would help with weight loss so I'm going to commit for 6 months and see what happens.

B: egg and meatballs coffee with HH and co
L: chili
D: tacos


Today is the last day of Feb. I've lost 10lbs this month!
Should we start a new thread each month? Or just have one thread? What do you think?

Sorry I didn't get on to post my menu for yesterday. Busy day.

Here's today's food:
B:coffee w/ cream & CO, HB eggs
L: chicken, brocolli & zucchini
D: LC pancake

I used some LC bake mix to make a baked pancake. My MIL had made pancakes for the kids and they smelled so good that I decided to try to figure out a way to make one for myself. Wasn't too bad. I don't like the soy flour aftertaste though.

Yes I've been taking it daily in my coffee. I put it in first. It is working well. I want to add more. Right now I'm at about 1tbs.

I think I will start a march thread!


I just realized: are you talking about oil pulling? I'm not doing well in that area
