I am so excited to haven joined the group. I am on day 3 of the diet and I am following it exactly but am kinda discouraged as my weight was 187 yesterday and even after working out speed walk for one hour everyday it says 187.8 today. How can this be. I expected to lose more. Should I eat less on the list or less salt? I consumed a lot of salt yesterday. I am SO pumped up about this weight loss! And I've done exactly as follows! I'm excited for you all too! Sounds incredible. My starting weight was 196 on the 23rd, and began to diet and am now 188 about but haven't lose any on stillman's the last three days of my first week. Anyone else?
My current weight is 188 and my goal is 130!
