I'm hanging in. Trying to make healthy choices. I have my 6 week postpartum appointment today so I'm curious to see how much I've lost according to them.

I'm highly contemplating doing weight watchers. I can't seem to stick to something and I can't seem to want to track on my own right now

dp, I believe my niece does weight watchers and is doing great.

I hit a new low today, yeahoo! 1.4 more to be in a new decade. now to try and continue that through the weekend.

Lenise, good job staying on plan. keep it up!

I never did get into my exercise room yesterday. we ended up taking dd22 to get a pair of jeans (dh had a coupon for buy one get one so wanted to get her a pair). then when we came home I made dinner and by the time we ate it was after 6 and I just decided to relax and enjoy the evening rather than force myself in there right before bed. I will have no choice but to do it today though since I'm trying not to skip 2 days in a row too often. we are having leftovers today so I'll probably have a bigger lunch then after it settles go work out and eat lighter for my evening meal. won't be quite as hard to get myself in there earlier in the day hopefully.

Definitely know about lacking motivation. Haven't had much lately. But I am trying once again. Lost two pounds the first day which is always encouraging.

Just relaxing tonight. Not ready to go back to work tomorrow night.

Have a great weekend!

good morning. no loss on the scale this morning. actually up but only .2 of a pound. really hoping to see a new decade by Monday, but we'll see.

cardio some time this morning. not sure what but either elliptical or treadmill..or both. I'll do whatever I feel like when I get up there.

I struggled this morning but pulled it together later and even did more cardio than I usually do for my cardio workouts. we'll see what happens the rest of the evening. most the food I ate today was eaten by lunch time *blush*

I'm getting over a bug that is making me think that I'm hungry because it produces odd stomach pains. Thinking that I'm hungry all the time is not fun. In case you were wondering.

I LOVE the Whole 30 plan--even though I haven't been on it. I will be completely eating that way when I feel completely better. It makes me feel so good and I love the food!

Likely getting off here now, but I wanted to say hi to all of my friends here!

so dh and I went back to the church I grew up in and that we have attended the entire time we've been together until last year about this time. it was so nice to leave without feeling like it was a wasted morning like I had felt for awhile before we stopped attending there. (we had always said we'd go back and try again after they got a new pastor).

we had a great worship time and it was so nice to see some of our old church friends again. also met the pastor and his wife. he told dh he'd love to take him to coffee some time if he would like to go. very nice.

dh and I went out for breakfast after church. I had a chili relleno omelet, 1 piece of wheat toast and hashbrowns. I did bring home part of my omelet and hashbrowns though. dinner tonight is chili dogs.

A duncan donuts diet would be great!! But I don't think it would be to lose weight!! lol

Went off plan last night. I was having some dizzy spells. Don't know why, but I had a regular sprite and pizza when I got home. Oh yeah, I left work early cause I wasn't feeling good. Hopefully tonight will be better.

Still managed to lose some more weight. 174.8 today.

Had stew and salad tonight for dinner. Going to make a salad for lunch tonight. And maybe a banana or orange too. Back on plan in a few days. Just going to eat small amounts right now. And no sweets.

hehe, duncan donuts diet *snort*.

I got my weight workout in. printed out a new one. found another one that was short like the last one. a few of the exercises are the same (over the course of 3 days of workouts) but much of it changed. I did sub one exercise for another on the leg day, though. the one listed is kind of hard for me to do right now so I figured out something else that should work okay. I'm just really not ready to take on a work out that keeps me in their for a long period of time each workout. hopefully by the time i need to start a new one again I'll be ready to take on a little longer one because I think I only have 2 that are quite like this. I'll figure it out when the time comes, I guess.

No new low like I hoped today for me. Maybe tomorrow.

Congrats on the new low, dp. So what kind of juice do you drink?

Mostly green juice but I have a little of everything. I'm eating fruits and veggies too and I add some whey protein to 2 drinks a day. Since I'm breastfeeding I want to make sure I'm getting enough good stuff in. I'm feeling pretty good, like I'm getting into a groove. Hope it stays!!

I think me and Kyle are getting sick I have a stuffy runny nose and Kyle has a little cough. I don't want this right before we leave for NY! Boo
Kyle has had a nice rash in his stomach and bottom for ages now so this evening I'm taking him to be seen. I think it's allergies of some kind but its weird because it isn't anywhere else. it doesn't bother him but it looks awful!

Oh, and I signed Kyle up for preschool craft this morning. Hope it's fun! I'm going to miss doing stuff like this with him when I get the kids back

I bet the craft thing will be fun. so do you blend your own fresh juices? I'm glad its working for you so far. hoping that they can figure out Kyle's rash and you both feel better too.

I'm all ready for work. hope my shoes don't bother me too much today. I wore a pair of shoes to church yesterday that are not good walking shoes. they are fine to go into church and out or a little walking but they rub my toe wrong so too much walking is bad. well, we did too much after church and my toe hurts. I have a bandaid on to help protect it but hopefully my work shoes are loose enough to not push on it the whole time. plus I need to do cardio today too. eeek!

A new low for me today. 174.6!!!

We used to juice all the time when Steven was little. It was so good. Miss doing that at times. Especially watermelon juice in the summer. Yummmm!!

Another night at work. I hope it goes fast!!

Nighty night.

awesome Lenise!!!

cool you can do that. I have a juicer but not a convenient one. I have a big steamer juicer that I've used to make Jelly before. I wouldn't use it for every day type juicing, though.

almost ready for work. just need to change my shirt and put socks and shoes on. and have something for breakfast. I am wearing a shirt, I think, that I like to put on right before I leave because it shoes doggy hair too easily.

I had a really rough afternoon food wise yesterday. could not stop eating. hate when that happens just as I'm close to a new low, ack! today SHOULD be better. I couldn't do cardio yesterday because my toe hurts too bad in my shoes right now. today is a weight day so I should be able to at least do that. I can do it with no shoes on if need be. usually exercise helps me get out of eating mode when I make myself do it. its harder to get myself in there when I'm in that mode but if I do it usually helps a lot.

Just dealing with dreaded homework. I HATE doing homework with Sara when its writing. Math, we are A-OK with. Writing... Ugg... Hate.

Tonight we have our TOPS meeting. Hoping it shows a good loss from last week.

I feel like the weight should come off faster. "Only" 12lbs in two months. I feel like it should be more. But its in the right direction, right? I keep telling myself that.

I have that darn bracelet waiting for me to hit 20lbs and I thought I'd have it by now. WRONG!! LOL
