I didn't see a thread yet, so I started one! 190 lbs is my goal for February 28!

That is the best goal you can have!

Still holding at 196 today, so I guess that's my start weight for this month. 6 lbs would be nice to get rid of, but as long as it's less, I'm happy too!

Hi everyone--I'm a few days late to the party! I was away for the weekend, but pretty much tried to stay on track even though I ate every meal out on Sat. & Sun. Can't believe I didn't gain, esp. because I indulged in a few drinks! :D

My goal for Feb. is to get down to 185 and bonus points if I can get there by my 1 year Atkins-versary on Feb. 22. :cool:

I skipped town for my two days off and don't have a scale. I'll be home tomorrow for work though probably won't have time to weigh in either. But that's ok. Keep up on the great worlk ladies:clap:

I told one of my friends I would come have a girls night with her *which means for me carbs* so i'm trying to figure out when I want to have om *off* day. Maybe I won't. Popcorn and vodka with SF redbull wouldn't be as bad as wine and ice cream and stuff...:confused:

Angel - if you are having your girls night at one of your houses try all low carb munchies. The Lady I went to last night just started back on Atkins 10 days ago so she made the whole girls night out (12 women) low carb (induction friendly for the most part). This is what she did:

asian meatballs
dieced chicken with feta and bacon
veggie plater
mozz sticks rolled in pepperoni
PB fudge (from sugar free Sheila's site)
Low carb cheese cake
cubes of cheese
olive dip
lindt's dark chocolate 85%

All yummy.......

Good job, Avy and welcome, focus83!!

Well...unfortunately I'm up 1.4 lbs due to eating dinner out the past two nights. :sad: In fact, between family birthdays, dinners for work and dinner with friends, I'll be dining out 4 out of 5 days this week--not good for weight loss. Even though I'm not cheating, there are definitely extra carbs--and those hidden carbs get me every time. :( But, I promised myself I would still check in here daily rather than hiding to keep on track as much as possible.

It will be at her house, just us two and her two girls and sappy movies.

Well I just got home from being at my moms and granted I didn't cheat I did allow myself some SF candy and I ate more some nuts. Need to check if i'm still in ketosis as I woke up rather hungry this morning and I ate a clean dinner last night.
