Hi Gals,

Had fun reading about the Paleo diet yesterday. It is very close to Atkin's 72'. Think I will use a combo of both, they really are very similar. Wanted to cut down on cheese anyway and only have 1-2 oz daily. So I will have less cheese and a bit more fruit like berries for snacks. Nothing processed period..........Check out Paleo Parents. They have a interview on it and the parents say how the kids alergies, ADD and rashies all cleared up. Amazing how the body works with the right foods. Plus I don't know if you all have noticed the prices in the stores for processed food aka cereals, chips, crackers, milks, etc have all gone up. The fresh foods and meat went down. That's enough of a push to get me to cut everything out but meats, veggies and fruits Have a great day......

Hello ladies So I went into Buckle yesterday with a friend and tried on some jeans. Sadly, they didn't have many Silvers. Anyways none of the jeans I tried fit in the back. They had gaps. So I now know for sure that's where my weight came off of Now just srart coming off the front! Please

I can't believe I've made it 13 days so far. :P I was 194.6 the day before I started loading, so, the weight loss is rather pathetic, in my opinion. I'm sticking it out the 21 days on principle, but I sure won't do another round, when I know I lose weight as fast or faster, on a normal low carb and healthy eating plan. Bah!

I'm away this weekend visiting my DD and DS at college and trying to stick to plan even with eating out every meal. Hopefully won't see a gain tomorrow.

Pam - looks like you're doing well!

Angel & Avy - the 180's are right around the corner for both of you!! Avy, has it been tough to have so few calories and stick with the HCG plan?

The only tough part is the psychological wanting to eat. And wanting what my BF is eating... but, I wouldn't have eaten his junk before hCG anyway, because I'm low carb lol. Knowing it's only 21 days keeps me on plan, because I can do anything for 21 days. I'm hoping a change I made today will increase the losses, then I might be motivated to extend the round. I really want to hit 180!

Congrats! It's awesome when someone else notices the weight loss.


Tonight I had the most fabulous dinner. I baked a talapia fillet with curry powder, garlic, onion powder, and a few tablespoons of chicken broth, and poured it over chopped roasted cabbage.
