Good Afternoon All,

Late with today's update. Checked out a gym this morning, going to do a 7 day pass get my blood pumping! I did pretty good yesterday, but I guess the last two days of breaded foods settled in because the scale is up again today. Looking forward to lower numbers in the next couple of days, eating clean!

2/12/2013 Menu:
2 cups lipton decaf tea with splash of lemon juice, 1 cup of coffee w/ carnation milk, 7 pks stevia, 2 bottle water, 4 slices turkey bacon, 1 tbs butter, 3 fried eggs, 2 slices of cheese, 3 pieces jerk chicken, fit and active lemonade and peach tea

So excited to see me break the 50's! Was a bit worried that the days of dipping back would really stall the new effort I've put in, but seeing the 50's this morning got me geared up, excited and ready to push further and really try harder. On to another clean day...and today is valentine's day! I said NO to the Candy...I'll get some soon as I hit my goal! HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY ALL! <3

Well I allowed myself to induldge in a few SF chocolates and a low carb beer. Must say it really,really hit the spot. I was out driving last night an got pulled over because I made 3 point turn. Ya,whatever mr. cop.

Started a round of hCG after I joined the challenge.

Moving into day 6 of P2. weighed myself this morning, 194.4. Then 5 mins later 195.4...not sure which to believe, but I want to go with the first lol. This is the weight I was the day before loading...so one week almost, and no headway, this is frustrating, but, I committed tot he 21 day protocol, so I'll stick with it.

For the past 5 days I've been doing a trial run of JUDDD and I also gave up LC sweets for Lent (other than AS in my coffee), and thankfully the scale has started moving again. Not easy though, so I hope I can keep it up!

Are you also familiar with Zerona laser? My friend told me to search about this laser treatment. She says it's very effective and cost friendly.
