I went out to dinner last night and at least stayed the same, but still up 1.4lbs from my lowest. I've promised myself to be extra good today and tomorrow but it's going to be tough because I'll probably be snowed in this weekend!

196 this morning! Only thing I can think of is that I just plain couldn't sleep last night, only about 4 hrs, so I finally got up, pottied and weighed, up 1.4 lbs. Bah. Oh well, it's temporary.

Hi Vee. Some weigh in weekly others daily, I guess it's just whatever makes you happy I just like the accountability from weighing in daily. I usually put down the food I ate the day prior as well. Haven't been doing that in awhile. Getting lazy, LOL......

Blessings to you too, Vee and hope today is better for you. Those first few days are so tough and going to bed early is a good idea--lol. If you have plenty of LC induction-friendly snacks at the ready and/or a cup of tea/coffee, that should help you out in the early days, too. I can't even count how many times I restarted LC and then caved in at night in the past 10 years! But Pam is right...knowing that you have to report in every day does keep you more accountable. You can do it!

Sorry been Mia...but I am doing good!

I am just going to check in...and only post my weight at the end of the month
I weigh everyday to keep track for me, but get discouraged when I post it and gain...

We are going out for dinner with my DH employees tonight. It is so hard for me to eat out I am planning on steak, salad and a veggie and water. ing I stay with that choice.

Tomorrow it is a get together with the girl cousins...they want to order out Chinese!!! {{{{salt}}}} i love Chinese but the Hot and Sour soup that I love has 980mg of salt alone..

I have decided to bring my own version of China..with less salt. Hope they understand..

Good Morning All,

Yesterday was the first "clean" day! Yeah for me. Funny thing, I wasn't as hungry as I thought I would be, I had absolutely no cravings or desire to munch for no reason (I'm an emotional eater). I actually became full off my lunch, half roasted chicken and slice of cheese (kraft) and I was not hungry for the rest of the day into the night! I was thirsty, I had water of course and fit & active lemonade and peach tea (similar to crystal lite).

On to day two!

Thanks guys. I've had my hand in a brace for the past two days (trying to avoid carple tunnel. ) So drinking water has been dropped as I don't wanna be running to the potty every five minutes. But it shows on the scale, though my clothes are still starting to fall off of me and that's really where it counts

Ok so yesterday wasn't as great as the day before, so I understand the stall. Boy having children keeps ya eating the darnedest things! Couldn't resist the chicken nuggets and fishsticks LOL Have to put up major willpower toward breaded foods! Today will be a better day!

P.S. Must incorporate much more water, didn't have a bowel movement yesterday, that's not normal for me. Will up water to a gallon a day, to keep loosened up.

4 slices turkey bacon, 1 tbs butter, 3 fried eggs, 2 slices of cheese, 2 cups lipton decaf tea w/ slice lemon, 1 with splash of lemon juice, 4 pks stevia, 2.11lbs breaded catfish nuggets (1lb lunch, and 1lb dinner), fit and active lemonade and peach tea, 5.5 chicken nuggets, 3.5 fish sticks

2/08/2013: 264.8lbs (Starting Weight)

It's amazing how drinking water will help the scale. Such is life and keep on keeping on. Is anyone else hating seeing spring and summer clothes out?
I have no idea what i'll weigh in May or June and it's making me kind of sad.

Ok so last night was not so pretty for me! LOL 9 Graham crackers and 7 chicken nuggets w/ cheese! Oh the night time is where my weakness lie! Think I'm going to schedule my workout session in the evening so shower and go to straight to bed after!

Welcome and good luck Aileen!

Vee, don't get discouraged. Evenings are hard for most of us especially when you have young children and are super busy. I can't even count how many times I've sabotaged myself in the evenings after I had a perfect day on plan! Just have LC snacks prepared for yourself that you can quickly grab to satisfy hunger/cravings. The first week is particularly difficult until you're fully in ketosis, so make sure you eat plenty of induction foods so you won't be tempted to go astray.

I haven't really lost any weight since the beginning of this challenge even though I've been staying on plan...oh well.
