Deb I made it to the gym today too. Haven't been in awhile but they have a great pull bar I use for my back. Felt good to be back. How's your back doing. Must make it nice that you can go for your runs inside. Do they have a running track, our old gym did, I didn't run but did fast walking laps. The outside of the track was for walkers. Like me

Made it through the big snow storm right on plan and I won, down 1lb all because I planned my eat the day before. Got all my water in. And did have a few drinks because all us neighbors got together.

Jeanie like your way of thinking, since you've started this thread with small mini goals I don't seem to get frustated. Just taking small steps that I can keep.

Laura wtg on staying on plan, so good to see you lost on vacation.

Deb I've been doing some yoga DVDs and I'm starting to enjoy it. Like that my neighbor always gives my books and DVDs and I don't have to by them. I just pass them on if I don't like them. The one I'm doing is Yoga for bad backs. Mine still hurts so giving it a try.

Happy Valentines Day DH is taking my out to Dinner tonight. And he bought me this big huge rocking chair that I'v been wanting for years. I couldn't belive it. Best gift ever.

Deb sounds like you and L/B are going to have a fabulous dinner tonight.
