DAILY WEIGHER THREAD *FEBRUARY*
 
Welcome to the February Edition of the Daily Weighers Thread. This is for those of us who weigh daily and hopefully are learning why we have those fluctuations and can look at the whole month as a success as we record our weight every day.

Use the template below and copy and paste it. Just copy and paste the first week, then add each week as we go along so the posts aren't so long. The first line is your goal weight for the month. Good luck in February everyone! One month down for the new year, lets keep up the good work and think Spring for an incentive.

One of my main goals this year is to do better than last year.
I slipped last year (5-6 lbs thru year) and now that I have lost that, I want to make sure I stay below last year.
