I've been working out for almost 2 months 3-4 times a week. They are hour long workouts, pretty intense stuff like boot camp workouts, etc... Haven't had any problems...

I been out for a few days had school training in another town and no access to the site. I did keep track of everything and I mean everything. I did not make goal. I did lose a total of 11.8 pounds for the month of February. I am enouraged. Will be joining the March thread for sure.
