"5 POUND CHALLENGE" #105....Join Anytime!

We take this one day at a time trying to lose 5 lbs., we will have all our names on a list with Starting weight, Current Weight, and Goal Weight. Just enter current weight and take 5 away and that will be the goal weight! It's easier for us to look at 5 pounds at a time, instead of staring at a big number! Join any time and post your changes when you can. We can do this!! A new challenge begins when someone loses their 5 pounds.

I just started Weight Watchers last week but I am worried it will not work for me because of my insulin resistance so I am going to try hard to watch my carbs and processed food choices.
