do many of you eat dairy?
I'm just wondering how you all feel about dairy, especially yogurt. I am not a big meat eater, although I do eat it, and try to stay LC. One of the ways I get my protein is through yogurt.

not yogurt. it has too high a proportion of sugar and carbs to protein to be a good low carb food, in my opinion. I know some think the carbs are lower than the labels say, but my blood sugar says NOPE.

I dont like meat either. I eat 2 cups of yogurt per day, Greek & regular. My digestion seems better since I added yogurt 5 years ago. Never interfered with weight loss.

I eat Greek plain yogurt, full fat cottage cheese, full fat sour cream, cream cheese, and lots of varieties of cheese! And heavy cream in my coffee on JUDDD up days, and half-and-half in coffee on JUDDD down days. I loooove dairy.
