Dance Into Summer Challenge
I love dancing but to dance a night away you have to be in pretty good shape! This group will be a Saturday weigh in and hopefully a daily drop in. If you can get some exercise in a day thats great, but if not thats ok too. Everyone can follow whatever WOE works for them. We will be here to be supportive, encouraging and friendly! I Need to still lose 27.6 lbs and i would love to do it before summer but if not I know I will. If you hear a song on the radio you like have a dance! Then see how much easier that is by summer.:D I love this site and it has been an important part of my first 80 lbs of weight loss.
