mini challenge(s) ideas?
Anyone have an interest in doing some mini challenges? I don't really know what/how, just a thought. I like the long term challenges as well, but think I may do better if I have short term goals as well. Any interest or ideas?

I'll join you all. I think mini challeges are alot easier to stick with. I keep a written journal at my desk, if I don't I tend to forget some on the little things I eat and they add up.
Goals Exercise at least 5 days a week drink lots of water NO binges Keep track of what I eat in my journal |

I bought a beautiful wooden box full of different teas and i have been tea toadling in the afternoons..
does that count as water? |

Deb I would think that tea should count as water. As long as you don't add all the sugar and creams. I drink tea at night.

coffee has been upsetting my stomach...well only if i have a second cup so im going back to 1 cup of coffee in the morning with my coconut oil and the rest of the day tea..
well of coarse i wont give up my wine;) if i do a inside run or bow-flex i tend to drink tons of water while doing it but if i run outside i dont get the extra in:dunno: |

Food today? Boring meat, eggs and more meat and eggs. I did make a strawberry protein shake in the blender that was tasty.
Drank lots of water today, took the day off from exercise feeling pretty sore. Wrote a little in my journal, but want to add to it tonight. How is everyone doing? |

Did really good today, went to the gym because I had to work, so went there 1st. Took 3 bottles of water with me and drank them all before I got home.
Jeanie whats the goal weight you want to reach. You look pretty thin in your avi. I don't post a journal on here. I have to have it written because I have a need to pick at food all day and if I can't jot it right down I forget to count it. Deb did you tape BL, wonder what you think of this new one. I am about 135-ish in the avatar, and 150 now so about 15 pounds- not sure though will see how I look and feel when I get back to 135. What is your goal you look thin in your avatar. Deb's avatar is really hot;) I have a written journal at home and one here as well. In my written journal which I just started a few days ago, I am mainly looking for patterns to my falling off the wagon. Hormonal perhaps? I don't get TOM, but it still seems like I have pms, so I am trying to pinpoint my moods, energy, cravings and any other issues that may start the binge/overeating cycle. |
