Laura I was thinking that if I make that chicken in the crock with tenders for Super Bowl I can take it out and put it on a rack in the oven to dry out a bit and use as finger food with a dip. What you think? Or even put them in wraps. I need food for Sundays game.

Jeanie how you feeling are your bruises healing up.

Deb what did you buy today??????

Only goal I have been hitting lately is drinking enough water. Gotta get it in gear, don't want to spend this spring and summer feeling miserable!

Bruising on my leg is better Misty. BTW you are rocking your goals

Fast was 22.5 hours, plan to do about the same tomorrow.

Deb
Did/does running help you with weight loss? I have completed C25k before and didn't seem to lose while doing the program, but afterward when I went to run/walk intervals I started losing again??

Deb those tanks with bras sound good....... I wish I could have a reduction and LIFT !!
haha !!
Scale bounced this am ...back to 140.2 ....;/ It's a beautiful day out there. I got up early to walk Allie and I have to head 20 miles in the opposite direction to pick up my Rx for premarin. my fault, forgot when I was off and took my last one yesterday. So I will be leaving extra early for work to go do that.

Hope you all have a great day !

End of the month and I think I really did good, now to continue for February. Got to think of another mini goal. I want to add one a month. Gotta love mini goes, it works.

Deb wish I need bra tanks. DH says I one of those ladies that can wear a bra backwards and it fits. Padded ones are great for me, if I fall in the lake it's like a mini life jacket
