45 minute yoga class......loved it
and a 20 minute outside run 2 liters of water done and my protein shake off to a good start..its only 9am |

![]() did a bow-flex session and then vac'd 15 floors..moved the washers and dryers to vac under. had my berry protein shake and cottage cheese and cantilope later....grilled mushroom cheese burgers n ceasar salad got all my water in already and its only 12:30 |

work was pretty good. Took Allie for a walk before I left for work. Haven't cheated since they had that "party" for me and I ate a full meal and dessert last Sunday ~~~ haven't gotten back down to that weight yet ! That's frustrating that ONE meal can do that ;/
Walked tons at work last 3 days. Constantly moving. Need to get a pedometer and see how many steps I average. Keeping up with my journal on here....... |

Doing great with my mini challenges. Especially the water and it's starting to really help. Like I said it's really slow for me but that's ok
Jeanie I keep a written journal as well. If I don't I forget to add in the little extra things I eat, even thought it totally lc. I tend to stuff celery with anything and don't add it in. That's my big flaw and can add up to 20 extra lc's in know time. So now I trying to remember to add it in as soon as I eat it. Laura pedometers are great, I have one and when I walk around the lake and am pooped I said to my self that's all I walked and pushed harder. But when I'm walking I try to go where they're some hills. Of course I doing it for Rocco ![]() |

DH and I are taking off to Ruidoso NM on Monday, get there Tues ! Hope to do lots of walking and enjoy some snow !! Allie gets to go too.......... How's Rocco ?? |

took a nice drive today and found a new camping spot...hope to start camping May long weekend
grilling sausages on the grill now and going to do fried eggs i think its good for our bodies to have SOME time off workouts |

can barely swallow....... had to work over 13 hours today......feel like crap :/
Food - whatever I could find that didn't KILL my throat. Ice, ice, and more ice wrote a short note in my journal ran around constantly at work. Enough exercise for this sick chick ! |

I did really good all weekend, got plenty of water in me and exercises. Neighbor gave me a few more exercise DVD's so going to do them when I can't make it to the gym. Don't know why she always buys them and doesn't use them. But I'll take them

hallways and stairs checked laundry room cleaned water done protein shake done going to have grilled steak and salad for lunch and grilled chicken and salad for supper NO NIGHT EATING !!!!!!!! Goooooooooooooooooo Me |

TODAY is a big cleaning day ...
our apartment was looking like a giant office its rough living and working in the same space SO.... lots of stuff to the basement..new shelves..found my kitchen table and 9 loads of laundry done....have to go UP the stairs to the laundry room . does that count for workout? |

Deb cleaning day for me today to, but only got half done, gonna do the rest Thursday. Work and girls shopping day tomorrow. 9 loads of wash upstairs sure counts as a big workout to me.
Today did exercise, alot of water, no cheats. And keeping track in my journal. I really like this idea of mini challenges less frustrating. So cold today, that I made a nice comfy shepards pie for dinner. Me night tonight because DH has FD meeting. |

Misty i havent made a shepards pie in ages....
![]() my son used to love shep pie..he called it mush and he had to have peas in it for some reason ![]() ![]() i forgot..... when we were in Washington i bought some enchilada sauce in a can...*cant get it here* ![]() so now i want to make enchiladas but i have never made them anyone have a good easy recipe crock or bake? |

Deb never made enchiladas, but my neighbor makes chicken ones that are great. I think she just googles Chicken Enchiladas and got the recipe there. I love shepards pie, but this time I used mashed sweet potatoes and they were the best ever. And of couse DH had me make him corn bread to go with it.
