5 POUND CHALLENGE" #103....Join Anytime!

We take this one day at a time trying to lose 5 lbs., we will have all our names on a list with Starting weight, Current Weight, and Goal Weight. Just enter current weight and take 5 away and that will be the goal weight! It's easier for us to look at 5 pounds at a time, instead of staring at a big number! Join any time and post your changes when you can. We can do this!! A new challenge begins when someone loses their 5 pounds.

I did start counting calories, so I know how much I'm eating up and down days. I started exercising last week, plus I was just overdue for a drop.... so which of those things it was I don't know...

Just checking in- have no idea why my body is so whacked out these past few days?! I've been up 3 pounds in 3 days!! I am hoping it is just TOM showing up early. Otherwise I am stumped. Going to do an egg fast day to see if that helps
