Laura just ate a few of these Peanut Butter Cheescake ball that I made with GD yesterday and they are to good. And LC. Now I'm making a batch of the Southwestern soup for tomorrow night

Well, last night I read about someone putting 1/2 of their fat bomb (butter, coconut oil,splenda, and cocoa pwd ) in their coffee...... It's good !!

Fantastic day at the healthcenter! I did Pilates, walked on the indoor track, rode stationary bike, recumbent bike and recumbent stepper with friends, had a lowcal/carb lunch, hottubbed, dry saunaed, and then had my massage! Woo-hoo!

Pilates instructor asked me to be one of her students demonstrating Pilates at the local megasupermarket Saturday morning -- they are having a "health fair" and are scheduling different exercise class demos all day, and they will present each participant with a gift card!

Laura, are you in the watch area for the storm? They are saying up to 4-6 inches of rain for us. Bring it on!

y'all! We've had RAIN! So much it is actually standing in the low areas of our yards and pastures! What a wonderful thing! Deb, how was your storm? Colder, I bet! We did have a little hail a couple of times yesterday, but nothing too bad.

Laura, glad the fire at the nuke plant was contained and no one hurt. How scary that could be!

Lory and Laura, I've forgotten what kind of "bone" that was in the bone soup. I'm getting a hambone out of the fridge today or tomorrow to make a soup. Any suggestions?

Misty, have fun today with your girls lunch and mall shopping! Let us know if you buy any treasures! I'll be doing indoor workouts here at home today. Flood advisory, so I won't try to make it into town. I have some old Richard Simmons (yeah, I know he's corny, but he's fun! ) dvds, Pilates equipment like we use at the center, a Bowflex and Treadclimber to choose from so I really can't make excuses to not work out!

Goodmorning, had a busy and fun day with the girls yesterday, but what a wind storm we had last night and still today. Couldn't sleep all night. That sure wasn't in a weather forcast.

Tex I did get some great workout clothes all sale. Mine were really getting raggy. I still have 2 Richard Simmon vhs tapes. I love doing them when I have no energy, he really get my body running at full speed. The funny thing is we were talking the other day about exercising and I was saying the first exercises I remember doing way back when was Jane Fonda on albums. Had to figure it out ourselves.

Lory love the light in your yard. Looks like you have a good amount of snow too.

Laura hope you get some sleep. Are you finally on the same time with DH?

Deb rainbow with snow must of been pretty. Are you still making wine. My neighbor just brought me over 4 bottles of the red wine he makes. But boy is it strong. Usually only drink it at night when I want to get a good nights sleep.

Laura almost forgot this is the recipe for peanut butter cheeseballs. Got it on here. Nice snack.

Hello everyone- after 3 days of tests, I am happy to report I am still cancer free!! I was meeting my BC therapist this morning when I got the call.. DH and I are celebrating tonight with some off plan wine!!

Today we woke to a blizzard, by 9 it had stopped snowing and blowing. Now the next wave is blowing in.. DH had late reporting (noon)to work yesterday and today, I am thinking they are going to have early release by 2. The roads, and interstate are horrible. I have had my police radio on since this morning, now the crashes are starting again. Youngest DS is in San Antonio watching his wife graduate basic training. He will get to spend a few hrs a day with her all weekend, until she leaves for Mississippi for technical training till April.
