Hi Girls,
I was down another pd this morning, woohoo!! I can taste the 160s which I have never been in during my adult life, what an amazing feeling that will be when I see those on the scales.

I guess our Vday plans have changed, we are still going away but not till the following weekend, the rooms were all booked up lol. Oh well, a get away is a get away for me no matter what day it falls on.

It will be a busy weekend for me. Sons bday party and superbowl, but I am going to be good eating wise, no booze!!

I need to get new pics done with my new red hair though!

YAY! We are doing well!

I am debating about weighing tomorrow or not - at work.
I have an appointment with the nurse coach and talk to her about my journaling on the online food diary I use.

No plans for superbowl - it's a non event in Green Bay.
