20 squats done this morning and eating fried egg with cream cheese, bacon, and spinach.

I edited the photo to January's dates. I have a template now so I can continue to update each month.

Cheryl, yes hubby thought he was a US citizen since he entered the military in 1992 but as we started to work on getting our passports for our honeymoon we found that the paperwork was never filed. We are now planning a May honeymoon in Jamacia. Shoulder is doing a little better. Still wearing the sling and go back to the doc on the 21st. Hopefully it heals ok.

Happy New Years everyone. Back on SB and going to work hard at it. I was doing so good and was down to 124 in Nov and 1st half of Dec and now back up to 135.

Lizzie tks for starting up the new thread. Oh I just love your new pics with the family and little Asher. He's getting so big and so cute.

Cheryl I'll be working my bat wings too. I hated wearing a sleeveless shirt last summer.

Rena glad your shoulder is getting better. Honeymoon in Jamacia is a great incentive for weight loss and exercise. Tks for the new chart going to print and hang it up. I don't think I'll ever get to 100, doing 20 today darn near killed me.

Karen hope your New Years Eve was great.

Ok I did my 25 yesterday... just didnt get here to post. Got my sewing maching out making myself a mei tai baby carrier. Asher has gotten too big for me to carry in the car seat. I went to take him out to the car, lost my balance, down we went. I fell on his bouncer seat. I have a big bruise on belly where the car seat dug in. He has fine I landed on my butt. The bouncer seat was flat. Now it's more of a lounger than a seat!
Time to get my strength back!
I have a Moby carrier but a mei tai is smaller and cooler and can be used on the back.

weight at 193

Legs are sore today... will do my 30 after coffee.
Tops of my thighs is where I'm feeling it the most.

Well busy day at work me. One of client call and said he son came up and he need the house clean but that he would leave money for us for cleaning. Oh my goodness, what a mess. Mind you I don't do wash but he called and said there was some towel that needed to be washed could we do it. So I said ok. Plus regular cleaning. We had 20 empty cases of beer to get ride of and he left towels and 7 beds of sheets. Yikes I wanted to just leave it, but I didn't. SS to vent but I was so mad.

Did 25 squats, think I'm going to do 25 again tomorrow, my legs are killing me.

Lizzie so glad Asher didn't get hurt. But ss you did. Sounds like the bouncer seat broke your fall.

Cheryl I doing over the head weight lift for my wings. Hope it works. What exercise are you doing for them.

Karen I hear you on the Jelly legs, I would of thought with all the walking I do that mine would be stronger. But even when I ride the stationary bike my leg burn.

That is very cute.

My daughter has been working on starting up a business that she makes these and all kinds of baby diapers and stuff. You should see some of her stuff, very cute.

Did my 35 squats today.

I think the flu has hit my house. We are all feeling pretty crappy. Today cold medication has been my drink of choice.

Are you using weights? I'm not for squats but I'm using light weights for batwings. I'm doing tricep kickbacks.

Moms been having problems with the new house. We have power surges and outages as they continue to fix the tornado damage. Also building new substations to expand and or replace the ones blown away. She walks into the kitchen and sees black smoke billowing out the bottom of the microwave. It really fried it good. Got the new washer too. And maybe her alarm system. She called the builder because a lot of things weren't working. They came out and flipped some breakers off then on and almost everything came back. While he was there she mentioned she had been waiting several weeks for them to come fix cracks etc. so he showed up bright and early today to fix all the other problems. Someone told her to call the electric company and file for reimbursement for the appliances. She did and they came out and filled out paperwork. We will see. This stuff is only 6 months old. We have been having a lot of this the past couple months. Good thing we all have generaters.

Yeah there continue to be problems but compared to last year it so much better.
She is healthier, has put on weight, and hasn't had an infection for several months. She likes having her own place, even tho it doesn't feel like home. I had a picture of the old place enlarged and framed and gave it to her for Christmas. She opened it and just kept running her hand over it. I know it is just stuuf we all lost but we all miss it. And the memories that were there.

Sorry didnt mean to get off on that stuff again. I'm trying to put all behind me.

Me too on the power company. They came right out.
Kinda funny story I don't think I told. No one was hurt. They have been prepping the grounds for the new High School about 2 blocks from Mom. They found 5 open mine shafts so I guess they have been using explosives to collapse them. Anyway the explosions are supposed to be contained. All of sudden houses to the west ( mom is east) are being pelted with debris. Houses that have been repaired or rebuilt from the tornado. Seems like the rebuilding process is harzardous tooit's just crazy around here. They also decided while we are in such mess they would rearrange the on ramps to the interstate, build several overpasses to go over train tracks and connect some streets and remove others.
Now they passed a huge TIF district in and out of the tornado zone to try and get business back on Main and on 20th. The Big Box, chain stores came back within about a year. But local owned businesses relocated or shut down, apt complexes and strip malls, grocery store etc haven't really come back.
