Yum Karen! I haven't done squats for about a week. I have hot pain in my left hip. So glad you feel better

Misty I'm enjoying the warmth but tonight and tomorrow we are supposed to get severe storms. The down side. I'm taking it off and staying home. I'm glad I have work that I can do that.

Since I can't seem to stay at exercise without pain I'm going back to some old school stuff I used to do. I put on my pedometer. It will keep track of my calories used and steps. That way at least I know when I'm being too lazy

We are supposed to be in deep freeze after the storms. The clash of hot and cold is what's going to set up the storms. Then we will have wind chills in the single digits. but I think it will only be for one day. Hopefully the worst will bypass us. We hit 75 today. It was windy but so nice.

Karen yummy T bone steak for you tonight. I can't wait to start grilling again. I do have a nice portable inside grill, but nothing taste as good as out side. Wtg on doing your squats. Me not so good the past week.

Cheryl no squats for me either my back has been bothering me, so laying off them for awhile. But am still doing my exercise tapes and my arms. Hope the deep freeze misses you. I can't believe how strange the weather has been this winter.

Lizzie how you feeling? Little Asher crawling yet.

Rena hope your shoulder is better and broncitis is gone.. How's the boys doing with baseball.

Yeah strange weather. We dropped 20* so far. But just rain and thunder. I'm doing my batwings. What did you do to your back?

Cheryl I have a bad back anyways from a car accident when I was in my teens and then I have this big 6 foot mirror in my bathroom that's also a jewlery box you open it like a book. Well it's heavy and I went to lift it and move it over and yikes there went my back when I turned. I knew better. ol patient nelly here did wait for DH.

GS just started walking. Now is trucking all around the house. You get to start chasing soon!!

We had storms Tuesday night. Thunder and lightning in January!! Weird.

Quick drop in. I am finally feeling like I am back in the land of the living. Lung capacity is still not 100%, but definitly better than last week. Started doing squats again and need to build back up to 100. Can only get to 60 right now.

Cap night for baseball is tonight and tomorrow.

Booked our tickets for Jamacia for April. Can't wait to be on a beach with drink in hand! Need to get those squats back up so that I will look decent in a bathing suit.

Rena so glad your finally feeling better. What's cap night for baseball? Not sure if my Grands do that or maybe didn't mention it. We have a long time before baseball starts up for us. WTG your finally getting your Vacation. Only a few months away.

Karen no squats for me either, hurt my back, so only doing my bat wings. Your little GS walking already, now he'll give you plenty of exercise.

Snowing here. 50's tomorrow.

We started putting in the floor at the lake house but it kept moving. The we found out you have to put in expansion joints if the run is too long. So we took all up and started over. We are putting the joints in at the hallways off the living dinning area.

Karen are you snowed under with taxes?

Today was my first day going back into the office in 3 weeks. Feeling better but still tired.

Cap night is when the boys get to meet the teams and get a team hat. Kind of a fun night with pizza and raffles.

Weight is back down to 132. Really not worried about losing more weight as much as I want to start working out again and get fit. Need to look good on the beach in Jamacia by end of April.

Doing great on weight and not going off plan. I keep thinking summer is coming sometime and I want to wear a bathing suit this year and that keeps me motivated.

Cheryl ss you had to redue the floor but glad you mentioned it, just in case we have to do the samething. But mine is only going in my kitchen. So probably a much smaller area.
Hope you don't have alot of shoveling to do. 50's is nice. It reached 40 today but then it drops so cold at night that we get all the black ice in the AM

Karen I figured you's be working really hard this time of year. I'll be back at work full time in the summer and you'll be done and enjoying it.

Rena so glad your feeling better and got back to work. And nice that your scale is moving down. You'll look great for Jamacia. How long are you going for?

Well take 2 on the floors this weekend. We also have a big Classic Bass Tournament at the lake this weekend. Great for the economy. It's the first time our lake has had it I think. Probably be noisy with all the bass boats.

I did some squats and batwings. Going to try to stick with it again

Cheryl hope you get your floors in this weekend. I'm still doing batwing exercises I think it's starting to work. But don't do squats any more. Now that my weight is coming off I've been working my abs, stomach as jiggley as my batwings.

They have backed the storm off til Thursday afternoon here. And we are in the 10-12 inch prediction. Wait and see.....................

You will get a lot more snow than us. We have the snow blower ready to. I bet you get your share of towing in this weather.

Snow blower already on the tractor. That gets me to town to work, and then he gets to go play with the towtruck, after the cows get fed

I am looking forward to a day with no clients, so I can get some returns finished and back out the door!!
