Did my sqauts, getting pretty good at it.

Lizzy wow that looks so nice, you do fantastic sewing. Hope you feel better.

Went to gym with DD19 and DH. I did 10 minutes on weights and walked .55 miles on treadmill.

cleaning my office at home right now, and headed for town office in about 10 minutes.

DD19 goes back to college tomorrow, so then life at my house will be a little more routine. Pizza Hut pizza party tonight to see her and her BF off. I will eat, drink diet Dr Pepper, and be merry!!! And not weigh until Monday..........................

Finally feel like I am getting better. This flu really kicked my butt. My daughter has it too pretty bad. Even though I felt like crap I still did my squats.

It is sunny here but really cold.

Off to get some shopping done for the week and finish up little league stuff.

Have a great day everyone!

Been doing my squats and batwings. I can't believe how firm my legs look from doing the squats.

Rena glad your feeling better and hope dd get over it fast. Hope your little grands don't catch it.

Cheryl pretty snow pic. But hope the ice melts fast. Our weather has been pretty warm again. It seems our weather is opposite.

Karen yummy pizza, I haven't had it in so long. We really don't have anywhere around here that's any good. I always get some when we go down and see the boys. Then I indulge Totally worth it.

I've been doing some reading stickys and posts on The SB thread. It seems a lot different than the original book. I need to study it more but it looks better than it used too.

Karen got the tow truck running? And I hey you are enjoying the quiet.

Rena hope you are continuing to feel better. Flu is nasty stuff

Lizzie how's the back now? And DH?

It is in the 30's and we have some melting going on

Cheryl I think I just wasn't getting enough of the foods I missed on atkins so I kept messing up. Plus I think as I'm getting older I need more whole grains, and I love all kinds of beans. And now it's cold out I can eat my oatmeal. And potatoes.

If read some articles, beans have "good" carbs. The white kidney bean is what some use for carb blockers....

Tow truck is back in operations Now we have to find hay, because with drought, we don't have enough of our own. And it is short commodity.

Sold 9 cull cows yesterday, and took 3 fats to the locker. Now to get some more sold, and they will quit eating hay

They had a good first cutting here before the drought. I don't know if it will be enough or not. I still see a lot of cattle in the fields.

Haven't had time to tackle it. As long as house is livable, it may be a week or two before we try and get it working. Had a guy come service it 3 wks ago, and he couldn't find anything wrong. The air is real critical when burning corn....... kind of like looking for an electrical problem in a vehicle

Cheryl I have potatoes in Phase 2 which is where I started because I had been on Atkins induction and not losing, so I skipped Phase 1. Wtg so happy to hear you have heat, now maybe you'll be going up this weekend.

Karen do you burn corn itself or just the husks. Hope you get it fixed fast. I don't know what I'd do without my pellet stove, the blower went a few weeks ago and I went nuts. DH keeps the house really hot, so I'm spoiled now.
