Who watched the Golden Globes? I thought Jodie Foster's speech was amazing!!

There are so many movies that I want to see.

Today the eating and drinking were both good. Now if I can string several good days together

Pizza bake sounds thanks for sharing the recipe.

Beebug-I saw that recipe. I need to try it even though I kinda don't like belle papers that much. Maybe the cheese will make it taste good. Lol

I didnt see the Golden Globes darn it, I totally forgot they were on, I am so behind in seeing movies, I really want to see Silver Lining Playbook being an Eagles fan and all, LOL Hard to admit that!

I am so proud of myself, I said I gotta kick up these workouts to burn this fat, so I got up at 4:45 am and spent more time at the gym, I was totally out of my routine, so I did 30 minutes on the elliptical, and legs and abs, tomorrow shoulders and back, it was hard getting in the groove again, but I am glad I have to do it, and now I can start the day knowing I exercised and that is out of the way!

Bejewelme - way to go on the exercise. I pulled a muscle or have a pinched nerve or something in my lower back that shoots down my leg (happened during my softball game) so I can't exercise right now, but I really want to. I want to see Silver Lining's also - I read the book, but nothing is better than looking at Bradley Cooper!

Hope everyone has a great, positive, productive day. Happy Tuesday!

Today my legs are really crampy like restless leg or something... I am thinking my potassium is down... I may need to get some supplements or eat more dairy.

287.7 still today... TOM

Thank you all for the welcome. I added my stats to the chart. :-)
Good to see that many people excercise. I always feel much better after a workout, no matter how stressed I am. :-)

I did fairly good with food yesterday and kept to my carb limit but went over calorie limit by 50. But the scale was down and that is a good indicator I was on target.

If only that would work I'd by stock in duracell!

@ Cindy- I have been on a movie kick lately and have seen so many movies. The Silver Linings Playbook is definitely a chick type movie. Kind of formulaic, not bad. Great movies out now: Argo, Lincoln, D'jango (violent but really good), Zero Dark Thirty. Entertaining movies: Skyfall, Jack Reacher, The Hobbit (visually beautiful).

@Nancy- Good job on the gym, you are always so good with your exercise.

@Amber- I forgot about the 34 Degree crackers, I will definitely have to pick them up. I need a vehicle to get some guacamole to my mouth! Awesome job on the exercise, especially so early in the morning! Thanks for adding me to the list.

Hey hey ladies! Elliptical finally showed up yesterday, now to muscle DBF into setting it up for me!! He promised tonight, so we shall see I also have these 7lb hand weights that I am going to start using, they're a bit heavy, but my arms are pretty rough, so I think a little extra won't kill me, as long as I don't overdo it. Planning on looking through the bajillion Shape magazines that I've purchased with good intentions, I'm sure there's a good routine in one of them

Newbies! Get comfortable, you will like it here!

Amber~ Glad Bobby is feeling better!! That has been like my #1 fear if I ever have a kid, dealing with a puky one. Especially when they are little and they just like puke everywhere, OMG horrifies me! LOL

Phranquie~ I saw your other post, congrats on the 100lb milestone!!! That is awesome! WTG!

Ceecee~ You chugging girl? My legs always bother me when I don't drink enough water, but if that doesn't help sometimes I'll take half of a potassium supplement.

Everyone else~ KUTGW!!!!

Question for you all~ I get new health insurance on February 1st and am finally looking for a new doctor here in Florida, I found one that is supposed to be 'Atkins Friendly' according to a list on Jimmy Moore's site, but he is a DO- does anyone go to a DO instead of an MD and what difference do you think it makes?

It's so nice to see so many checking in!

Ooooooo the Golden Globes were fun! Jody Foster's speech was total amazeballs, I know many didn't like it. I was so happy to see Ben Affleck win best director, Argo was a great movie. I still need to see Django and Silver Linings Playbook----Frankie, thanks for the heads up! Loved Skyfall, possibly one of my most fave Bond movies.

Amber~ did you stay awake for Biggest Loser?
Glad Bobby seems to be feeling better!!

Sara~ oh honey, there's nothing scarier when a lil one's got it coming out of everywhere! Tell DBF he better get crackin on that elliptical or he's got a buncha women he's gonna have to answer to. LOL

Velvet~ love your avi, you are a beauty!

Anywho, still plugging away..knocking on wood that I am on the tail end of YET ANOTHER cold.. Scale is holding steady, praying for a drop tomorrow with a good day today

Everyone, keep on truckin!!!

Sara...I went to a DO growing up and I loved it! Basically they combine traditional and alternative medicine. Mine would do back adjustments (chiropractor), was well versed in all different supplements, and would still prescribe you antibiotics.

So in all my madness I signed up for a Dirty Girl 5 K mud run to benefit breast cancer, I know 2 of the girls on the team, meeting another next Friday, scary I figure if I did it before I can do it again, it will give me an excuse to get out of packing and start running, off to find the Ipod before it gets packed, LOL Event is May 4th! Ughgh on the side of a ski mountain! I better get my fat butt moving!

Wow, everyone is doing so great!

LOL @ pukey kids. DD5 has the record in my house - even when there's a bucket in her lap she'll miss it completely

I'm hoping for a woosh any day now. I've been really bloated since the weekend...no idea why but I'm tired of it. I've been chugging water and keeping my carb/calorie counts low. Did 45 min on the elliptical last night...still debating whether to hit the gym tonight or make it a rest day.

I was talking with my friends last weekend about doing the mud run I did last year again. They moved it to June this year so likely it won't be in the 40s and raining again It was very empowering.

I know Melinda, 2 times I was going to do one and the one got cancelled and then I was sick as a dog so I am doing it, no matter what! Starting C25K tonight if not too icy outside, I did all arms this morning at the gym, gotta get strong to pull my fat butt over that wall and cargo net! Going to have my trainer work with me on bear crawls and that type of stuff, I like the obstacle challenge!

Sara- Bobby was the exorcist the first 10 months of his life all he did was projectile vomit, LOL You would love it, me and him would be soaked at least 9 times a day he had reflux, now he hardly ever pukes, but at least is old enough to usually make it somewhere besides the floor! LOL You deal with it when they are yours!!! But I would take poopy diapers over vomit anyday!

Biggest Loser- D what do you think? I am not loving this year I dont know, I just wish as I say every year they would focus more on eating and stuff instead of the stupid crap and 30 minutes of weighing in! I am just not loving anyone, I dont know it is a little disappointing so far, and Jillian is getting weak, I like nasty Jillian but that is what motivates me!

Carry on girls!!!!

Good morning, everyone! I hope I'm not coming down with something b/c I was running to the bathroom last night...lol. Forcing the vitamins and liquids down!

I am going to start C25K again when I join the Y (waiting for my first "real" paycheck from my new job). It definitely seemed to help with relieving stress!

Good morning everyone and HAPPY HUMPDAY!

I did a mud run once - it was really fun. I was training for a triathalon (mini, women only) and after I completed it, I quit exercising

I started exercising again January but then pulled my lower back last Wednesday, it is still killing me. I can't wait for it to get better so I can start exercising again.

Well, I hope everyone has an amazing day!

Thank you! I think I have a fever -- I'm hoping it's not the dreaded 3 letter "F" word b/c one of my coworkers was out 2 days this week b/c of it.

Have a good day!

For sure work on arms! I only ran and as much as I actually enjoyed running it did me no good for the mud run because there were so many obstacles and the course was all trail running with rocks and boulders and I was trying to be careful with my footing so I didn't fall or roll an ankle. I guess I need to decide if I'm going to do it or not this year so I can start training...

I suck at exercise and you all really are an inspiration. I am signed up for a Color Run in April so I need to get my butt in gear.

@Sara- I remember you from a couple of years ago in the Century Club daily weighers. I hope you love your new elliptical machine.

@Monica- I hope your back starts feeling better soon. When your back is out nothing feels right.

I hope everyone has a great day!

Kristyn~~~ yahoo for scale movement!

Wowzers, I think I'd be lost on a mud run I have a hard enough time walking in a straight line but then you want me to slodge around in mudd too? Could be fun!

New scale.. weighs me heavier than my old one.. Friday's weigh in is gonna suck rocks!

Hello... nothing like switching plans in the middle of challenge... but I did to JUDDD. I had been thinking about it and reading a little bit. The flexibility of being able to eat anything in your calorie range was interesting. I did good on induction for a week and half and then Sunday had ham at a get together Without even thinking about it and that it was honey glazed. The sugar threw me right out of ketosis. Monday A.M I went to the refridgerator and nothing sounded good. I decided to make it an UD and go from there. I figured if I can't get the hang of it and counting calories after two weeks I will go back to atkins but really wanted to try this. So here I am.. My UD # is 2078 and my DD is 520 at 25%.

Ok so by my calculations I am at 579 for my first DD. (1-15)
Atkins shake (160)
3 onion rings from kids lunch ( 90)
sugar free jello (10)
2 tbsp of redi whip (15)
1/2 cup of beef stew (203)
3 green pepper slices
1 tbsp of ranch dip

Today I have had.... UD (1-16)
Atkins shake (160)
Plain bagel with butter (372)
no bake cookie (102)
1 and 1/2 pizza hut breadstick with cheese with sauce (315)
949 so far..... 1129 left.

Dinner is going to be
garden salad with french dressing (190)
and a 3 oz piece of pizza bake. (409 according fitnesspal recipe builder)

503 still left after dinner..... what am I going to eat???

Fellow JUDDERS.... how does this look?

Mel you know I never care what plan people everyone needs something different to make it work!!!

I told my mud run group I would run tonight got the ipod charged, it is rainy and cold and man I am fully remembering when I quit running in 2011 cause it got cold, so I have not really run since Fall of 2011, good grief! Oh well week 1 is very little running and the darn cold will make me walk really fast!!!!
