My scale was wonky today, but when I first stepped on it, it said 275.8, which I believe is the most accurate since I was 276.6 yesterday and have been totally on plan. At least thats what Im going with

My rings are spinning too, always a good sign!

I need to get my arse back to the gym too, sigh, I am paying for it afterall! Wish they had childcare...that sure would help! Plan is to go after DS' basketball game tomorrow. Hope it all goes according to plan

Heading out to work but lost three pounds this week! Yahoooooooo!

But heading into the weekend and sometimes that can spell trouble! I will just have to concentrate on the fact that my jeans aren't cutting me in two. That's always pleasant!

Good morning, ladies!

230.4 this morning, so -2 lbs. I'll take it! Considering I got up to 235 when I went to Urgent Care a few weeks ago, I'm happy to see that number going down. I am determined to break into the 220's next week & then get back to my prior "normal" weight, which was 215-217'ish. That's my first goal!

Congrats to everyone's successes so far! SO glad it's Friday.

Okay. I am going to accept my weigh in even though it's too bizarre to be true. This morning I got on the scale and weighed 217.8. THIS is the SAME weight 4 weeks in a row. How is that possible??? So DH gave me a new 9volt battery and after changing them out I weigh....217.4. 4 freaking ounces! Fine, I'll take it.

Well weighed in at WW yesterday at 288, but can't do it naked there!
Very happy with my loss this week (6.5lb) but still have a ways to go to lose that 13.5 I gained since last October. At least I'm going in the right direction. It's always week 2 that's hardest for me.

Congratulations ladies on all your loses big and small! We're all working hard at this and the scale unfortunately doesn't register effort.

Yahooooooooo! Down 10.2lbs from last Friday!!!!!! I know it's 99% water weight because I'm a carb sponge, but hey, it works for me!! Now the hard part starts! :P but 10 down, now only 60 to go! (Changed my ultimate goal to 160, if I want to lose more when I get there, fine, but I'm totally OK with staying chunky, lol, just not FAT!)

Really going to work my butt off (literally!) to lose another 10+ by Valentines Day to get in the 200's at least, then onward and downward to my lowest of 193 and beyond!!!! Elliptical should be here Monday at the latest according to UPS, so I will def start that when it gets here, but I am starting today doing at least 20 mins of walking a day until it gets here, then I'll start that.

Congrats everyone on the losses!!! WTG!!!!!

Tried the Atkins Chicken Pot Pie just now. It is AWESOME. When I first looked at it, I thought there was very little chicken but happily, I was wrong. With 22 gms of protein, I guess there has to be a fair serving of chicken in it. The veggies and sauce were good.

I did NOT nuke it as long as the box directions so watch how long you cook it. (Nuked the Atkins meatloaf Wed night per instructions and thought it was overcooked.) BTW, taste before you salt. It has plenty of salt in it already.

Totally surprised, but I lost 4.5 lbs this week. 191.5! I think last week TOM was here and I had the whoosh fairy on my side because I was just getting back to LC after the new year. Now just to not have a bad weekend...I do not want to cheat and backslide!

I tried the Atkins Meatloaf. It was okay.

I also bought the Beef Merlot and the Chicken Pot Pie.

Walmart is suppose to have them nationwide someother stores are also suppose to carry them. You can go to site and see where they are sold in area.

I'm down 2 - I'll take it since I'm still not able to eat many lc foods. I tried sticking to sf pudding and ice cream, but they gave me major tummy troubles. I'm sad to say I've eaten two tubs of Ben & Jerry's this week. Tomorrow will be a 12-13 mile run, good thing too - I swear training is the only thing keeping me from splitting my pants!

Planning on seeing "Gangster Squad" movie Sunday with my bf -- looks good.

I was going to go see my mom, sis, & twin nieces this evening, but looks like they have stomach virus, so I will not be going. LOL. I just got over strep & bronchitis, so I really cannot afford to get flu!

BEST RECIPE EVER!

I found this old tried and true recipe. I really love it so much that I will be making it on a daily basis. I am sure you will love it as well and encourage you to share it. I have to tell you that the ingredients are not always easy to find but once you locate a good source they are readily available. The RESULTS are truly amazing.

All my skinny honey badgers, so proud of us, we are all busting our skinny butts!!!!! Congrats to everyone losing and sticking to plan and trying to change their habits, it is a tough thing! Weekends are always tough but we are honey badger tough!!!

OMG today sucked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!One screwed up thing after another and now its pouring down rain!!! But tomorrow is packing and then dinner with friends, Sun my trainer and more packing, so that should burn something!!!

Didnt have pot pie, I needed to run from work so got chicken salad at market, no added crap I made the poor Amish woman tell me exactly what was in it, so I had that and a red beet egg! They have no sugar added apple sauce, still a little carbs from the apple but what a nice treat!I like it mixed with cottage cheese, this was my tough week of adjustment, so this week is week 3 that will be the real test if I can keep doing LC i worry that I am getting older or used to it and it doesnt work!

Great job everyone! Great losses. I maintained, which is ok b/c I joined mid-week and it's TOM. I feel good and know I will see a loss next week.

Melanie - do you have link to a recipe for the pizza bake? Would love to know what that is.

One of my downfalls this past year has been not having yummy recipes to try. There's only so much meat and veg a girl can eat!
