Good morning Honey Badgers! I hope everyone is having a great week so far. I went to a zumba class last night - it was fun - I was horrible at it but I least I got an hour of exercise. I did the 30 Day Shred again today (Day 3) and I am extrememly sore. No pain, no gain - right? I'm looking forward to Saturday for my down day - I need some rest!

Hope everyone has a Happy Hump Day!

If you still have some, I would love some shake coupons. That's the only "product" I use and I really like it as my "emergency meal."

Ooh the Atkins pot pie does sound good.

2f. Don't you love Zumba. It's a fun workout. .

Today is one week in to Atkins and I have officially lost 7 lbs!!!!! I am finding that its al little crazy that for the past two days I haven't been real hungry and just been eating when hungry. The way I have been eating reminds me of Judd or what I think it might be.

Yesterday. Shake. Water and then a piece of pizza bake and the mini cheesecake last night. I know I am in deep ketosis and burning my own fat so yay... But for being the first week into it I am usually so hungry. Any thoughts?

Chalagurl! Follow this link, put in your name and weight. We weigh in on Friday and we each add our weight to the spreadsheet so you probably want to book mark it.

Everyone is doing there own thing whatever their woe may be. We're here for support and accountability.

Chala- I added you to the chart, this is the chart

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...JY2lTNmc#gid=0

You can add your weight from last Fri if you know it!

Busy day I was writing business like crazy! Yeah!!!!

Got my hair cut I actually had her cut a bunch I need low maintenance with this move and long commute coming, so she put this adorable braid in the front, but I sleep like squirrels nesting so I am sure it wont last til morning!

Had the Atkins tex mex scramble, OMG so good, I think now that is my fav and I ate it for lunch and was not starving a few hours later, eggs are magical! They really seem to keep me feeling full! I think that is now my favorite one followed by meatloaf and then the chicken with pan gravy!

Tony is gone to NY so I am alone yeah, except I just got home at 9:00 LOL I had 2 spiders in the house, WTH? I am so afraid of spiders but I killed them I couldnt bear the thought of them creeping around me! LOL

Carry on girls!!!!

Chantal- Welcome!

Danielle- Hope you're feeling better soon

Monica- You're killing those workouts- keep it up!

Amber- The hair sounds cute- I love braids

My mouth is still bothering me - I took a flashlight to it tonight and the insides of my cheeks are all cut up. No wonder they hurt. Food hasn't been great, but I *did* run 5k in 34 min- a new record for me!

Has anyone else had a major loss of hair after their weight loss? I shed a TON of hair over the fall and I have about 3in worth of baby hairs growing in all over my head. The bottom 3in or so was all terrible split ends. Amber reading about your cut just made me remember I cut mine over the weekend as well. I hadn't cut it since before last xmas!

Today was good, just spent the day busting through school work with my girls and we just got home from their skating lessons. I had the atkins meatloaf for dinner since it is so late and I had made the girls pizza before we left for skating. I liked the gravy and the veggies with it but the meat was a bit off to me. I'm thinking I cooked it too long...

Had the Atkins meatloaf for dinner last night. I think I cooked it too long as the meatloaf was a little hard. I'll try it again and go by my instincts rather than the directions. It was a lifesaver last night. I'm at my daughter's for a couple of days. She's doing WW and they had submarine sandwiches.

She's fixing meatballs tonight. I may ask her to stop at the grocery store and buy some pork rinds for my portion to sub for the breadcrumbs. I hate to eat anything off plan since I've been staying on so well since Sunday.

Hope you all have a great day. I will. I'm keeping my 2 mo old granddaughter.

Janice

I am looking forward to my atkin's sausage primavera today for lunch!
I packed a few things to eat with it - cheese cubes and celery. Hopefully that will keep me full until dinner.

Mornin' Everyone!

I have several "walk off the pounds" videos, Leslie Sansone is one of those instructors that don't "bug" me. Know what I mean? I need to get 'em out. I worked three lunch shifts this week and ran my butt off. Soup and salad refills at Olive Garden, man some people can really put it away! Their refilsl are my exercise!

Weigh in tomorrow! I really hope I show some sort of loss. If not, I'll keep going and try again next week.....

lol Blonde...my mom is like that. She is a tiny thing but whenever she gets a buffet or unlimited refills type of meal she will eat and eat.

Amber...originally I thought it was breaking too. But the hairdresser said it is all new growth. My hair actually looks really nice and healthy with my cut. Wish I had done it sooner.

Today I started a job exchange thing. It in an indoor play place for kids that also offers exercise classes for adults. During the classes it is free childcare or the rest of the day it is open play. In exchange for working a 2 hour shift once a week we get a full family membership. A great part is that I can take my girls with me while I work. I'm excited to go back and try one of their classes. They have Zumba, step, yoga, etc And also classes for kids as well.

Blonde- how you work at Olive Garden surrounded by those breadsticks and pasta!!! Although red lobster would be worse for me those biscuits, OMG they are the death of me!!!

Nikki- I dragged you back to us!! You are added!!!!

OK so here is a picture, I porked into my size 12 dress today, although I am still 22 pounds heavier than my lowest, its really only about 10 pounds cause I barely hung on to that weight, I sort of stayed around 210 for a good part of 15 months. See my braid?

Hello ladies. Amber, you look gorgeous!!!

Had a good day. Had to go grocery shopping. Doing laundry and getting everything ready for this weekend. I will be armed with Atkins friendly food as well as a shake, veggies and Caesar salad. Tomorrow night my group is getting pizza for dinner and i wanted to be armed with something.

My rings are spinning tonight, so that means no bloat. Hoping to see a good number tomorrow.

Here it is girls, you should all be able to access it now!!

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...JY2lTNmc#gid=0

One freaking pound! But I have lost 10 since Christmas so I am going to shut up and accept it! Like Mel said when my rings spin and I dont feel like a marshmallow I know I am doing something right! Still not back in my full workout mode, so next week, cold or not 5:00 am my butt is at the gym!

Have a good day girls! Its funny how you can gain 25 pounds and still fit in things, like it shifted around, LOL Now I got ginormous boobs again, ughghghgh!

I will try the pot pie dinner today since you all loved it!
