Hello ladies. I'm glad that something I said helped you Amber. It's the only thing that is helping me not get so down on myself.

I can access the spreadsheet but can't input my numbers.
217.4 this morning. I am down 3.4 lbs since starting 3 days ago.
I am going to really try to just weigh in once a week. Weighing everyday drives me crazy.

ACK!!!!!! 229.8 this morning... oh my. BUT no sense in crying over spilled uh.... muffin tops? LOL

I can't get the chart to let me add my weight either, maybe it's protected? Seems like the only weight that's on there is you Amber!

So far today, water, coffee and an Atkins bar, dinner will be chicken breasts and broccoli! Hoping to drop at least 10lbs of water weight STAT!!!!!!!

She's not on here anymore, she's okay, she was on facebook...don't know about lately though.

OK Girls, sorry I think I fixed it, I had it set to share but it was set to view only not edit, so now you should be able to enter your own weights, check and make sure I got you!!!!!

Our first weekend, that is always trouble, so lets keep it together for the weekend, I had a delicious steak and green beans and mushrooms, and like a swig of dry white wine, I needed it! LOL

Planning on relaxing tonight with junk reality TV and working all weekend on packing!!!!

I was in a hurry this am so I saw that it wasn't letting us edit but didn't have time to post in the thread.

Spent the day at the zoo with my girls. Ate on plan so far today. Actually had a delish salad for lunch there. It had tuna and hard boiled egg. And as we were leaving all of the kids wanted cupcakes at the restaurant by the panda exhibit. I actually got a small bowl of edamame there which isn't too bad carb wise. Hubby is at happy hour at a place called Slater's 50/50. The burgers there are half ground beef and half ground bacon! He offered to bring me home one but I need to call and ask him.

Woke up to a cold winter wonderland.

Today was nuts and nothing went according to plan, one of my employees had a very scary experience .... someone broke into their house, didn't realize that the wife was still home and after the thief saw her, he went runny but she was very shaken up and of course, they had to replace the glass, deal with police, insurance, etc. Consequently, they are getting an alarm system put in on Monday. Anyway, I had to cover him which meant I didn't get any of my own work done

Proud that I didn't have any snacks last night

B - Atkins Shake
L - Buffalo Chicken Salad (chicken, bacon, swiss cheese, lettuce, ranch dressing)
D - Kind of Odd .... vege sticks with dip and side pork baked in oven

Didn't drink very much water today because there was no time to get to a bathroom, so I am downing my 6 bottles in the next hour and will be in the bathroom for the next hour after that

Yeah I think the sheet is now fixed sorry guys, now I am on it!!! So you can always pull up the thread and post your weight, just find the link in one of the prior posts, I will keep posting here until everyone gets their weight down.

Gotta say I am stokked keeping my fat trap shut and seeing the scale moving!! Amazing huh? I think for a year I was delusional thinking I could eat some carbs, I can feel the difference in my whole body I feel less spongy overall not eating carbs!

So we got the eating, now for drinking water make sure you are drinking at least half your body weight in ounces of water! And low carbing I think it is important to take some good multi vitamins! If you dont like taking supplements at least take a good multi everyday to make sure you are getting that! And then everyone's favorite--EXERCISE!!!! Lets move those tushys!!! That will help everyone feel good and stay motivated! I am going to the trainer tomorrow I am going to tell him look I cant lift like a nut because I am doing low carb, so lets make a new plan! I will be back to my 4 days at 5:00 am workouts, and then Sundays with him, I am going to take 2 days off Monday since I go to work early and Saturdays since that is now packing day til we move, 5 days a week is plenty I think and will give me a little break!

Did I tell you about my delish lunch and dinner? I went to the Farmers Market at lunch to get veggies, and they have a small Amish run cafe, I saw burgers so I asked if they would make me a burger on a salad, he made the nicest salad, pickles, tomatoes, onions and cheese with a perfect beef burger and I put mayo and mustard on, he said I never made that before, LOL And they charged me $3.00 I said I will be back! THe last night Tony grilled a ribeye to perfection, with truffle butter, green beans and mushrooms, how can you complain about a diet eating that? And I lost weight, Gosh I love low carb!

Well, I bit the bullet and weighed in at WW yesterday again....havent been there since 10/25 and had gained back 13.6lb of the 25 I lost last year! Guess that means I'm really carbed up from the holidays and should see a big chunk gone this first week (I hope). It was also my first day of "no wheat" and made it through. I have never really done LC so this will be interesting, even though at this point I'm not really counting carbs....just know that the wheat is affecting my inflammation.

I'm excited to be a participant and not just a "lurker" this time. Good luck to everyone over the weekend...I know they are harder for me.
