Thank you everyone on the congrats! It has been a VERY long time goal, so I am proud that I finally accomplished it!

Amber- you are for sure right, I have a feeling that my new career with only help my weight loss...I cannot wait to lose the weight to just lose this heel pain!

I didnt weigh in again today, but I do plan to soon...I think I am just afraid of the scale!

I had a 4.4 bounce~ UP at Friday's weigh in! I noticed a few other people had a bounce as well. Misery loves company. Sorry girls, I can relate.

Tuesday and I'm doing good. 7,976 steps yesterday + 1 mile walking tape (I don't wear the stepper during the tape) and today was 6,546 steps (no walking tape tonight - my body is sore).

Have some weird itchy rash popping up .... just took some Benadryl.

KT ~ It is awesome that your new plan is working so good.

Frankie ~ Love the photo. Sounds like you have a fun job.

Girls I miss you!! We had serious connection issues, I would connect and Mom's computer would go out, finally Tony got a new router or something and I am connecting, so I am so out of touch! It is rough getting used to this new schedule and commute I am done when I get home, but it is what it is!!

And all my other badgers, you are doing great or keep fighting the fight!!!! I was missing you!!!

Happy Thursday ~ feeling off today and I have no idea what to wear to work. I have a crazy busy day and I'm getting ready to have 4 days off or I would almost consider taking today off. Considering I haven't taken a sick day in the 6 years since I have worked there - that gives you an indication of how I am feeling.

Body is still sore, yesterday was 6,584 steps + 1 mile walking tape. Too many nuts but other than that food was good.

Wednesday I did 6,546 steps and no walking tape.

Not as bad as it could have been since I have been on plan, but I was hoping for more. Goal next week is to lose another 4 lbs, Id like to keep track to catch myself up in this biggest loser competition...I know now I probably wont come close to winning since I took a few weeks "off", but I would to at least reach my goal! I have a little over 5 weeks left!

Going nowhere fast here....visited the grandkids last weekend and off plan and having trouble getting back on the wagon (or merry go round, as I seem to be going in circles). Gonna try Simply Filling from WW this week as I'm sick of counting points (or feeling guilty cause I'm not). Time to buckle down...no more excuses.

Not a big poster here, but read everyday and rooting for all you HB's!!

Been working long hours this week, 18 yesterday, so I have slept, relaxed and went for a much needed pedicure today. Been eating LC as much as possible, some food (meat and eggs especially)is turning my stomach a bit. Wish I had a frig and micro in the hotel room so I could shop at the grocery instead of eating in restaurants only. I don't feel like I have lost anything the last three weeks and just hope I didn't gain as I typically do when I travel.

Amber- Glad you got reconnected. Hope the new schedule becomes a routine for you soon.

Jes- How's it been going this week?

Cindy-WTG with all the walking!

Chelsey- You can do a lot in 5 weeks. Stick to you plan and basics and you might surprise yourself and win the Loser competition.

Sherrie- Good luck with the Simply Filling program.

Frankie - hang in there - you're trip is almost over, isn't it? I bet you will be just fine or not far off the mark when you get back.

Hang in there ladies!

I lost another pound this week. I expanded the potato hack a bit. I found that adding vegetables makes it even harder to eat enough calories and therefore creates more hunger, but I needed the variety so I did it anyway. I also made hummus (garbanzo beans are allowed) with no oil but still included tahini (sesame seeds). I thought I ate too much because it was hard to stop with the carrots and hummus. Anyway, I was on 4.5 imperfect days and off 2.5 days (eating out - a lot of food) and still lost weight. It is really effective.

I biked about 21 miles today as well.

Blonde- Yep, still here in London/Windsor. I meet with my customer to get further instruction after him seeing the house for the first time. Hoping he wants me to design his next yacht, but he is hot and cold with making firm plans for anything. Then one day he'll give me two days notice to be somewhere crazy like Istanbul or Montenegro to work on something for him.

KT- I may be interested in the PH especially if hummus is involved! Love me some hummus. I could do several days with taters and hummus and a few veggies. Congrats on your loss. 21 miles is freaking awesome,,,I hope it was a nice ride.

Jes- So sorry about your foot. I hope you recover soon. Dealing with pain can really mess with my eating as all I want is comfort food.

Hey girls another move into my aunt's house this week while they are in FL! WOW loving a Mom break! And their fancy house!!!! It was gorgeous out yesterday we had the home inspection seeing the new house in that bright sunlight and the yard we are getting really excited!!!!! Cranked the fireplace in the bedroom and had to sleep with the windows open man that heated the room! Playing racquetball today! Have done played in years but trying something new! Trying to stay active even if the eating is not perfect too many taters!!! Made a wonderful grilled pork loin last night it was yummy!!!

So busy day again!!!

Keep plugging girls!!!

I'm back and ready for action! I gave up on weigh-ins for my last few weeks of training, then ate like crap on vacation....and just finished a week of "oh what the heck, I've already gained a bunch why not have another piece of cake?" And I'm up 10+lbs. Go figure But I have two weddings coming up that I have to look good for (May & Aug) and a local 5k to train for. I am 100% back on plan and hubby has asked to join me! Not that he has to lose much but it's much easier for me if I don't have junk in the house for him.

Hope this week starts out awesomely for everyone! I am still feeling a lil' groggy due to the time change, but other than that, I'm looking forward to this week ahead. I've been tracking WW points since Wednesday, and I'm starting to feel in control of my food intake again...time to add in a bit of exercise soon!

No change in my weight on Friday, which was disappointing.

Weekend away was fun. Food was okay. Walking was good - 9,741 steps on Saturday. Drinking was not so good.

"Heart" was fabulous. They still have it after all these years.

Yesterday was very spring like .... today is snowing like crazy.
