I loved the Taco Bell Commerical too!!!
I loved Beyonce. The way she sings while dancing.... Some cannot. She has a great vocal trainer. She is a true performer. And still gorgeous after having that baby. Love her. LOL And that has to be the most expensive lace front wig I have ever seen. Looked so real right. Have a great day HB's |

Bad scale
Good morning everyone.
Grumble, grumble! The scale had no movement today. I am practically at 0 carbs per day and my ketosis sticks are a deep purple. This will be an 11 day stall for me. I've never experienced a stall immediately starting out. I'm at 262.2-Ugg! I didn't watch the superbowl, nor the ads. I spent time surfing the web and eventually came back to this site. I would have to agree with Bejewelme about Beyonce's hair though, wow! I can't believe how they all danced in those shoes?! If I won the lottery, I would have my hair done every day. I love the feeling of it being washed. Then I would have a daily massage by some gorgeous hunk. ![]()

I had a "bingey" feeling day yesterday. The feelings were so strong but I resisted and ate clean. Today I had less of that feeling and got out in the late afternoon/early evening which is the time I am most apt to munch off plan.
Niki- Hang in there the stall will break. Cindy- I hope the dizziness diminishes soon. I know that can change how you feel. |

Cindy, I’m new, but glad you made it through surgery! 6 bottles of water is a lot, I can barely drink one glass.
Keytones, I noticed that you and I are the same height. I was at 175 once and felt just wonderful. Frankie, I love your name. Congratulations on your resistance! Bejewel, thanks for the support. I really need it since the scale is not moving! And I am starving myself from the goodies I love. You are so beautiful in your photo. I too see that you are my height. Hiya Jayce, nice to meet you. Hope everyone has a great day! |

I am doing pretty good today in spite of stress. (Went out to a business lunch and stopped by my BF's mom's place afterward to find her on the floor. She's home from the hospital one day and she decided she could walk on a broken leg. Had to call a neighbor to help me get her in bed, then do laundry cause she peed all over. Then she tells me she doesn't like me and wants to wring my neck.) I feel like I am near the edge right now, but I am not eating to cover the feelings. So I will consider that this a good day as I am in control.
Jacye- Get back on plan and you can trade in the "big" girl panties for some sexy "little" ones. Niki-Don't starve yourself! Can you something high in fat and protein to replace the goodies you normally eat? I know if I eat the best LC foods that I love, it helps me not want foods that are off plan.

Tuesday did not end good .... sheesh, however, today was a new day and it was better.
Not dizzy and almost feeling like normal ![]() Thanks KT Amber ~ Glad that your Mom is feeling better and awesome news about the house. Jayce ~ Frankie had a great idea, trade in the big girl panties for some sexy ones ![]() Nikki ~ Yes, sometimes it is hard but I try to drink a minimum of six per day. I find it much harder in the winter because it is so cold. BlondeFrankie ~ Yikes, sounds like they sent her home from the hospital too soon. Way to go staying in control.

Niki- if you are stalled early on, you might be eating too little, if you eat too little your body will hold onto every bit of weight thinking you are starving, try eating a few hundred more calories, eat some higher fat stuff, avocado, coconut oil, more olive oil, and see if you dont move some! I know my weight was falling off, then it took me forever to get from 225-200, and now with some bad eating I am stuck like really stuck I have been between 220-230 for going on 6 months, it is mind numbing!!!! But Sept will be 3 years of serious dieting and I think my body is done with me it is so confused, but I really believe in working out or else I would be over 300 pounds again! It is a daily battle, and it just gets harder!!!!!
But we can do this!!!!! Having friends helping along the way really helps!!!!

All - today is my birthday, and I managed to give myself my birthday wish!
I cracked into the one-derland!!! 199! OK, so I am weighing a day early because tomorrow, you know, 199 will be vapor! I have a work birthday party, then out to dinner tonight and a friend baked me a cake from scratch, then it is my friend's birthday tomorrow, oh my gosh. Anyway, the potato hack is working, and I find it easy! I hope it can undo the damages over the next few days by next weigh in! Janice - I hope you are feeling better! Things have been really hard over the holidays and last month for me, so I know what you mean about weight loss cheer up. I noticed a friend of mine at work does the same thing - she has lost weight like crazy both times her husband was laid off (2009 and a few months ago - she has dropped 25 pounds and works out like crazy). Amber - There is something about trying to bust out of the 220s. I swear it was like going after concrete with bare hands. I did a protein-sparing modified fast to get through it, and it was draconian. Good grief, the potato hack is so much easier. Frankie - wow, it sounds like you are dealing with a lot. Hang in there.

KT- Happy Birthday!!! WHat an awesome surprise to break into onderland today, I am thrilled for you. You need to stick a birthday cake candle in one of your potatoes for a celebration since you have done so well with them.
Sannie- Good job with staying on plan. Janice- I hope things pick up for you. I know it is hard to be optimistic when your spirits are low. Amber- You are an exercise inspiration! |

Thank you! We'll see if it stays off.
I am attemtping to not go too crazy here. I had one big Trophy cupcake (with a smaller big pile of frosting anyway), strawberries, and skim milk from the work party. I am estimating 880 calories so far. I might have snagged another cupcake if no one were looking. Those things are too good! I have a dinner out and another birthday cake tonight to go. Hanging in there and trying not to go too far overboard. |

Morning, all! I didn't weigh last Friday, so I used my weight from earlier this week (a frightening 238.6). I was 235.4 this morning after 2 days back on plan -- I'll take it (especially because pesky TOM just started today). Just filled up my water bottle and have it at my desk, so I'm going to focus on getting H20 in today!
Niki -- Nice to "meet" you too! Frankie & Cindy -- Yes, I like that idea also -- I would love to trade in the big girl panties for sexy ones! LOL. Hope all you Honey Badgers have a great start to your Friday -- I hope those of you who have inclement weather coming your way will be safe and sound!
